The property was great with very nice staff on site! We loved the quiet hours. Beach was very convenient and we never had to fight for a spot there was plenty of room even on crowded days. The ABC store was very close and dinning within walking distance. My family and I would definitely stay again.

The location, view, amenities (in- suite laundry and kitchen) make this place a very good option in Waikiki.

A little older and signs of her age, but exceptionally clean and cared for. All rooms have an excellent view, especially on Friday night after sun down. PLAN to be on your balcony, with a drink in hand, on Friday evening just after dark. Smaller independent without some of the amenities of the larger surrounding chain hotels, but the stuff they don't have is the stuff you would use anyway, so you wont miss it. I would say this place is best suited to Adults w/o young children. There were plent of families while we were there and ther was NOT a problem, just likely a little harder to keep them entertained. Walls are a little thin and you can annoy neighbors easily if you aren't reasonably conscientious. Our room was perfect for 2. SMALL beach area in front of hotel is a bit busy, but it's Waikiki, and you get a discount for Umbrella and Beach chair rental (highly recommend) Would recommend to a friend, Would do again.

It was amazing! We had a gorgeous room with a pretty amazing view. The location was perfect, very close to everything we wanted to do.

The cleanliness was absolutely awful.
Rooms were severely outdated. 10 inch tvs.
Old couches, tiny beds with uncomfortable mattresses.
Dirty and dusty. Fridge was dirty with dried up foods stained about. Dirty utensils. Just completely awful all around.
Very cheap with the house keeping supplies.
Had to literally beg for toiletries.

The friendly people at reception/check-in are the best. The rooms are great and the views are incredible. The employees are very honest. I left my wedding band and had to go back to get it. So honest, so kind. Thank you.

One elevator was out of service the construction was loud and woke you up every morning at 8 AM the pigeons over took the deck and was covered poop was a very disruptive stay not quite the vacation I had hpoed
