Stay Condominiums Waikiki

It’s was nice close to everything. Room was okay. Has everything you need. But it’s not clean. Bathroom was dirty and floor was never cleaned

The room was very nice and clean, we had housekeeping everyday and it was really close to the beach

It’s old, small and cheap place, but charge too much. It’s very noisy and the area looks like not safe and dirty.

Very great location! Street outside entry to condo’s is full of homeless at night but after a few days stay you get to realize they’re harmless and not a bother

When we got the property the office is a block away and couldn’t find. Finally got the key headed to the room. Homeless men were staying right next to the property they peed m pooped around there and smell was disgusting. Entered the room smell like a sewer and bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was hot like a sauna. We asked and they changed the room and it was better than the last room i had. but the room looked nothing like the pictures online. Also there was no actual windows and we could only hear the stuff outside. I do not recommend this hotel.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!ITS A SCAM!! Booked 1br condo & turned up with my two children Feb 2023. Left in fear & disgust. Nothing like photos. 3rd world standard. Dangerous, moldy, dirty, not room type paid for (meant to be a one bedroom with a kitchen, it was actually a studio, no separate bedroom, kitchenette). Mould all over room, dirt on bed and lounge, stench of death, rats and lice. Property looked like jail, rust everywhere, doors covered with wood planks, rubbish all over ground and courtyard, shopping trolleys with homeless people’s items, homeless tent city both outside and in the courtyard, ************ in corners of complex, security gate without lock, air conditioner units bulging into walkway with cockroaches and rats and cobwebs, pools of stagnant water over most surfaces with cockroaches. Rang office wondering where they were and they were down the alley in another building. You have to walk past a tent city to get to the front desk. Manager incredibly rude and obnoxious. She stated that one bedroom means studio where you live in one bedroom together.! The other girl at the desk was really nice so obviously just worked there. Informed manager that we would not be staying as it was not safe or hygienic, and was not as advertised and once again, she was incredibly hostile. Please read all the reviews before staying here and don’t stay here! I have traveled the world for 25 years, and I have only walked out of accom 2 times total. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
