Beautiful view, but walking distance kinda farther. The day I check out early in the morning, I called to front desk to ask if any one can come to check the room while we walk down to lobby, but the service was rude hung up without saying goodbye. They don’t have room cleaning here during your stay so prepare. We had breakfast at this Hotel is really breath taking view, but again the service is not excellent and the english muffins was burned.

地理位置不錯，斜對面就是威基基沙灘。部分房間可以看到海景，入住贈送了冰淇凌券。
酒店式公寓，沒有客房打掃，可以電話至前台換毛巾，垃圾袋
設施老舊，電梯無力吐槽……4部電梯輪流壞，天天體驗半層樓自由落體，被困電梯😅（最大載重16人，實際7人就會壞）

Have stayed at the Ilikai before. Unfortunately this trip met problems with the electrical system. Elevators were running on generators, so there was a limit of seven on the elevators. Lines for the elevators were long at times. The power went out at times for two days. The reasonably priced Cinnamons restaurant was indefinitely closed. Went to eat at the neighboring Hilton Hawaiian Village and Prince hotels.

Great room on 24th floor, spacious, clean, kitchenette perfect and lanai w partial ocean view. The free ice cream tickets were a plus and unexpected but the resort fee is high and you cannot get out of it. However, the hotel had water stoppage, electricity outage and elevator malfunction all in my short under 72 hr stay. Did you read 24 floors... I waited 15 mins for it before my stair descent. be aware. Many elders were upset, rightfully so

We felt it was a very good location. Walkable to many places. The Hawaiian music & dance was enjoyable, as was the Friday evening fireworks.
The suite was very comfortable with a huge lanai. Very enjoyable stay!!

The property was older and at the time we were there the onsite restaurant was closed, pool heater was broken and the elevators stopped working. Overall not the best property condition.
