„其實這個酒店的主樓還在建造中，現在衹開放了木屋（包括星空房和樹屋）區域，這也就是解釋了為什麼感覺目前的前台比較侷促，和餐廳混在一起，而且去水樂園需要坐接駁車。
剛到還以為是雲南的森泊不太一樣，基礎房就是木屋了，後來外出就餐才發現大門口的工地看着像是酒店主樓。
👍整體的體驗很好，工作人員很熱情，有耐心。房間補給非常及時。
有晾衣架，沒有洗衣房，需要自己洗衣服。
早餐豐盛，小朋友吃得很滿意。
管家推薦了很多當地美食。
酒店有面向小朋友的活動，我們由於趕時間沒有參加。

„朋友一起春節出遊，酒店環境對於一個小鎮來説還是不錯的。
1、温泉水温高，環境不錯，保安大哥挺負責。2、早餐相對豐富，但米線，麪條的口味不算太好，小紅腸是澱粉腸，孩子們吃一口就丟了，建議更換其他。3、因為有糖廠在附近，空氣裏面有一股臭味，對於第一次到店的客人不太適應，建議酒店在顧客入住前提前關窗並温馨提示。4、春節運營能力稍差，一個温泉酒店沒有浴袍，沒有曬衣桿，泡完温泉衣服沒有地方晾曬，不是很方便。5、客房衞生特別是浴室打掃不乾淨，也許是因為春節人多。6，7樓洗衣房洗衣機需要定期維護一下，因為沒有晾衣服的地方，想着用洗衣機洗下結果從晚上洗到早上沒洗好，洗衣機報錯故障無法正常開門，無奈衹有把電源拔了，衣服才拿出來，第一次整了幾小時，還是兩包濕衣服，衹能帶回家洗了。
春節760元多一間的價格與服務、配套設施不成正比，有點小失望，好在温泉還不錯孩子們也還玩得不錯。”

„本來剛進去都是挺好的，但是5樓上面是麻將館！避雷避雷避雷！上下層樓隔音也不好！！！當11點開始關燈睡覺的時候，樓上巨吵，拖凳子大聲笑聊天，開始想着算了吧可能別人睡的晚。後來一直吵到12點，樓上麻將掉地上了，才知道是上面有人打麻將！！打電話給前台，前台説樓上是別人家的麻將館！真是絕了，説等會兒就走。結果又吵到1點也不停，太可怕了，我直接真的要瘋了。住這地方很多都是趕路的吧，要開車但是休息不好，真的要瘋了！後來到了一點多也不知道幾點，不知道是不是老闆上去説了，打麻將的才走！就這一點，巨生氣無語爆炸”
