„房間服務員態度很好，因為下雨去的晚了，從院子進房間地板被踩濕了，看着實在難受，讓她們幫忙拖幹了～就退房時前台因為我們帶娃了泡了澡給孩子收拾東西吹乾頭髮並且我們自己把弄亂的房間稍微整理打掃了一下，拖延了一二十分鐘左右的時間，等我去到前台退房時，前台服務員當著其他一些客人大聲斥責我們拖延了她們的時間，讓她們很難做，讓我瞬間覺得我花了一千多去那裡因為一點小事去給前台當孫子了！以後不會再去！全國各種酒店包括馬爾代夫的度假酒店都去過，沒遇到這麼爺爺氣重的前台服務！！！另外環境還可！”

„各方面都很不錯，衹是我們住的房間裏有一張毛巾上的污漬沒有清洗乾淨。室外泳池的水温在下午的時候已經有點燙了，工作人員解釋説是天然泉水温度高。但因為畢竟不是泡池，可以把温度控制在讓人感覺舒適一些的温度，好多小孩因為水温太高，想玩又不敢下水。早餐的種類可以再豐富一些，糕點再增加兩三種。”

位置在一個依山而建的別墅小區的最高一排，老闆是一個酒店行業的廣東大佬，在新西蘭也有多年的生活經驗，最後選擇定居在撫仙湖，所以酒店處處也可以看到老闆的用心和品質。 設施：裝修的品質感非常強，原木簡約，戴森的吹風機，loft的窗簾也是私隱紗簾和遮光簾做了兩層。衞浴也都是品牌的，舒適度很好。 環境：一共就五六間房，每一户都是帶個小院子，看湖景日落的。隔壁老闆家自己的餐廳，咖啡比很多網紅咖啡店都要好喝很多，菜也好吃，粵菜非常正宗，啫啫煲做的比廣東很多餐館都要好吃，老闆説是直接從廣東請的廚子。 服務：整個團隊前台小姐姐餐廳的帥哥，都很真誠熱忱。 屬於會再來且值得安利給朋友的一家店。 再期待一下老闆在打造的隱奢酒店

比較滿意的一次入住體驗。酒店的法式風格不是隨便應付的裝潢，從石材、牆壁、燈具、傢俱到每個角落的細節可以説都很有質感和品味。入住房間的温泉泉池是比較大的，深度合適，出水放水都很方便，娃娃每天最喜歡的就是蹦池子裏玩，而且泉池周圍種滿迷迭香，非常好聞且景觀很棒！（住過類似温泉酒店或民宿，泉池更大的價格貴很多、價格便宜些的泉池很小，這個大小比較合適） 酒店工作人員的服務是真誠的，尤其是餐飲部的一位女性工作人員，節假日期間就她一個人非常忙碌，但也照顧得很到位，在此表示感謝。在酒店吃了一頓晚餐，價格雖然小貴，但菜量很大，味道也不錯，尤其是清炒時蔬，非常新鮮脆爽。下午茶烤的麪包也好吃。 一點建議：早餐出品雖用心，但品類還是少了一點，在品類或數量有所調整會比較好。 總之，還是很滿意的一次旅行，下次再來元江的話還是會再選擇入住的。

The hotel is huge with a big aquirium in the lobby, there is also a giant fantastic outdoor playground (need to add on but price is reasonable) and a free indoor playground. We stayed during weekday and got Free Upgrade to better room with lake view. Buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food, taste wise is Ok. Services generally good and they let us extend checkout time to 2pm. Kids love it and had a great time staying there!

這次入住體驗遠超預期！從預訂開始，管家就主動聯繫我們確認行程，還貼心地提醒了當地天氣和交通建議。 服務態度是最大亮點： - 入住當天，工作人員提前在路口迎接，幫忙提行李到房間 - 管家小姐姐全程微笑服務，有問必答，還主動介紹了周邊小眾打卡點。 環境方面： 民宿設計很有格調，公共空間的書吧佈置得很用心，坐在皮沙發上曬太陽、看書特別愜意。房間乾淨舒適，推開窗就是湖景，早晨被鳥鳴喚醒的感覺太治癒了。 真正的好民宿，不衹是硬件過關，更在於讓人感受到被用心對待。這裏做到了，下次還會帶朋友來！

本來想玩哀牢山，住山裡的精品民宿，最後還是決定回戛灑住當地的五星級酒店，山裡的精品民宿價格還更貴，實際入住體驗選豪生真的好太多了 很值，超大的套房，房間的設施跟佈置，材質，都非常在線。本來定的家庭房，前台給免費升級了豪華套房 遊玩累了回酒店深度休息，這錢花的還是很值，酒店的綠化環境超讚，睡醒吃完早餐在酒店內部逛逛呼吸新鮮空氣，這才叫度假🌹🌹🌹

It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!

這次是我最滿意最喜歡的温泉酒店之一。首先進入大堂就受到前台工作人員的主動專業熱情的接待，聽説我們是第一次來 ，給我們介紹了酒店的房間，餐廳，温泉，泳池等等，還給我們升級了房間，真是太温暖了，忍不住看了一下她胸前的工作牌李雲華小姐姐，真是太能代表棲霞山果香温泉花園酒店的形象了，非常感謝她對我們的服務。 房間乾淨整潔，木質感傢俱，有陽台，冰箱，保險櫃，站在陽台滿眼綠色。 温泉水温度合適，一家人一池水，當場現放，很衞生。 早餐具備一個星級酒店的標準，中西式和當地特色風味都有，品種還是挺豐富的，我們在餐廳還吃了兩頓晚餐了，推薦的198和168的套餐都物有所值，味道不錯。 確是休閑放鬆的好去處。果斷決定又續住一天。 下次再來。

自駕滇東南小環線，撫仙湖是最後一站，很慶幸在眾多民宿中選擇了亙樸，入住時，十分感謝民宿老闆免費升級了房間……房間裏俯瞰撫仙湖，風景大讚！酒店公共區域佈局合理，設施齊全，房間內床品舒適，備品優質，還贈送了優質龍珠普洱茶，配備戴森吹風機，衞生間智能馬桶，洗浴間水壓水温恰到好處，露台上的泡池蓄水放水速度很快，空調靜音給力，早餐開餐時間合理…非常令人驚喜的是，民宿的咖啡品質在撫仙湖周邊甚至在玉溪都是數一數二的，主理咖啡師是個非常優秀的小夥子，陽光健談，熱情暖心……民宿老闆沉穩大氣，頗有隱士風範，對於周邊景點和餐飲的推薦和建議，中肯寶貴！服務員小妹妹待人接物也處處透露着真誠～～人在旅途，能遇到這樣一羣行事有態度，做人有温度的人，又何嘗不是一種快事！！！唯一美中不足的是，在撫仙湖這幾天受寒潮影響，天公不作美，沒能欣賞到撫仙湖絕美的日落，就當作此行的留白吧！希望有機會能再來撫仙湖，再見到亙樸這些有温度的人！

讓我滿懷期待的是圖片， 讓我心滿意足的是這裏真實的體驗。 第一天到達的時候，天氣極好， 追逐了落日餘暉，在撫仙湖旁聽到浪花拍打的聲音，享受一刻的寧靜和美好。 值得且必須提到的是驚艷了味蕾的晚餐和午餐，像是隱藏在酒店裡的私廚，張大廚是熱愛美食，熱愛把食物的美味發揮到極致的人。 旅居很多地方，這是第一次在酒店裡被簡簡單單的餐品打動，食物的本源美味，對食客的尊重，搭配上晚上無比温暖愜意的温泉私湯，旅行有了新的樂趣和體會。 第二天陡然降温，坐在院子裏，熱熱的咖啡搭配雪景，感受不一樣的風光和風景。來了撫仙湖那麼多次，第一次看到湖水如此的清冷，午餐仍然是張大廚的午餐，美食入口的那一刻，一整年的辛苦和忙碌在一刻被雪落下的聲音和美食治癒了。
