Great location. Right in the heart of things in Asakusa. Near food stalls, restaurants and a short walk to the temple at night, which may be the best time to be there. The hotel is well kept and if you get the rooms with views you can see the temple and Tokyo Skytree, Only downside is that it’s not as close to the railways as some. Not far but 10-15 minutes with luggage

It is the second use. We used it when we went to Kizzania in Toyosu in the family at the beginning of the year. The hotel is the best location to stay directly from the station, and from the Raraport and Toyosu with Kizzania. After playing scattered 々 at the 2 part meeting in Kizzania, it was difficult to relax in a room with a wide 々 after 10 minutes of the end at 21 o'clock !! Stay in a corner twin room. I felt it last time, but from the corner, the night view of the Tokyo side and the night view of the sea side were enjoyable and rich. The room was large, so the child was playing with a large sofa and bed. Staying at this hotel was also a plus and became one of the big events. The staff 々 response was very good and it was comfortable only for the sophisticated. Breakfast was also a great restaurant with a harbor view called penthouse, both Japanese and Western foods were prepared and enjoyed in buffet style. The child was also very satisfied and full of stomach! It is the best hotel recommended when going to events around Laraport, Kizzania and Toyosu in the family! We will use it again.

Hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood and close by train station. It was very comfortable/clean and modern. The self check in/out is via a Kiosk but staff available and assist.

Had a nice stay at Mitsui garden, there’s a donki store just across the street. There’s not much amenities though, no gym or anything just a restaurant for breakfast. We had a nice view in our hotel room.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly, and location is excellent (right outside an exit!) Within minutes to Ginza and less than 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji. Room size could have been bigger for the price paid but it was sufficient for 2. Will stay again.

Room was just enough for two suitcases. The view from the terrace was great. Easy to get around with just few stations to the Tokyo central area. The nearby area was quite not as crowded as other Tokyo central area. The hotel is more than welcome to help us store the luggage even we away for whole day.

Good stay! Hotel is about 3mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10mins walk from Tokyo JR station Marunouchi North exit. Do take note that Otemachi station's exit has no escalator or elevator up, so it might be a problem carrying heavy/big luggages up the stairs. There's a small amenities bar at the lobby. Able to chromecast shows from your own device to the TV too.

Great hotel! Very convenient location right next to the subway that connects to many lines. Breakfast could be a bit more various. Onsen is nice and clean but a bit small. Only one bath, and the showers are right next to it so it’s loud and not as relaxing as other onsens where the shower section is separate. Overall very clean room with beautiful interiors. We enjoyed our stay and like the Mitsui brand. Would consider booking Mitsui again in other locations around Japan.

The morning set meal at Shimizu was very good. However, on the day we arrived, our luggage was mistakenly taken to my sister's room, who came with us, and we were not able to get it moved. I wish the bellboys would think a little more about this. The rooms are clean and the wooden decorations in the lobby are a must-see! Close to Shinagawa station, so there are plenty of restaurants and pubs to eat at. The bar Asama is also very relaxing and the french fries were delicious.

Super loved our stay. I thought the location was great: plenty of food options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner; the combination of luxury shopping streets and skyscrapers with the rustic traditional Japanese izakayas. The description of the hotel is accurate; rooms are clean and comfortable; all the amenities are super useful and well thought through. Service was very polite and nice.
