I was at a perfect location, Staff was accommodating. However the electricity went out in our room it got hot. My key to parking wasn't working after 24 hours I paid for a 40 hour key. which I wasn't told about paying for self parking. My room was suppose to have Free breakfast it wasn't. Never staying there again.

I had a fantastic stay , I loved it. The crew was amazing Michelle, Cj and Rebecca. Taylor was my favorite they made me feel comfortable and at home . They made sure I was satisfied every step of my stay and I will for sure be back. By the and food is great and excellent excellent bar selection!

Was looking for a quiet place so that when I was in I could rest from work travel. This fits the bill and has places close by to find food when I was hungry. Staff found something I left in my room right after check out and called so I had time to return and get. Thanks so much.

In order to go to the Toyota Center to see the ball, the room is large, the health is good, the bedding is quite comfortable, many people say that the downtown is chaotic, but here is still quiet, the price is very affordable in this location, breakfast is not bad Traditional American breakfast, it is not convenient to pay attention to dinner on weekends, and many shops around are closed. I don't know much about the design of the bathroom. The water will flow out when I take a bath, but it will be done soon. There is no big problem. It may be designed for barrier-free design. If you come next time, you will choose here. The fly in the ointment is that the Rockets lost the game at the last moment. . .

Well, I wanna say first this is better than my last stay, but it still needs major improvements. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade, but as I can't submerge myself in water right now, it doesn't really do me any good. The staff is mostly great, but my last full day, I just wanted to sit by the pool for 30-40 minutes. Not use the pool, but just sit in a chair because the weather is nice. Apparently, that's still out of the question, so yeah. I gave them another chance, and it was such a small thing I asked for. Spend over $500 on a stay, you'd expect to be able to sit where you want, especially as I wasn't even asking to use the pool itself. Sorry to take the front desk clerks away from what I assume must have been a riveting conversation! The young man who worked Friday evening (around 7pm, black shirt) was very helpful and professional, you need more employees like him, as well as the young Black man who worked evening I believe Thursday. The women at the front desk just seem annoyed to be there.

I have to say I had the worst experience ever. I always stay at a LaQuinta when traveling and I read reviews before booking and the reviews were satisfactory. First off the elevators were not working in which they did state on the app, but I informed them ahead of time if possible I needed a lower level room. Well when we checked in they gave a room on the 3rd floor so walking up several flights of stairs wasn’t in my plan. I asked if there was anything else available and they said no. I went ahead and kept the room thankfully my son was able to help me get up and down the stairs. The 3rd floor air in the hallway was not working so it was extremely hot so by the time I got to my room I was exhausted and saw a roach crawling over the outside door. We checked our room and didn’t see any but informed of the issue. First night was ok, the breakfast wasn’t the best. The second night the air in our room wasn’t cooling and we woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat so I called several times to the front desk and no answer so I had to walk downstairs and no one was at the counter at all. I attempted to write out a note to leave and eventually someone came and since they didn’t have another room like the one we booked they gave us separate rooms. One of the rooms my daughter saw 2 roaches crawling on the dresser and we had to call back down and have them find us another room. The attendant did and we were able to rest and try to enjoy the rest of our stay. The checkout was the worst I have ever experienced. The attendant was helping a young lady and I assume they didn’t have her info in the system, so about 5 people and myself were waiting in line to check out and she didn’t say not one word to any of us to even say she will be right with us. Then we were gathering all our bags from the room and was rushed out. I was so upset and really didn’t like my experience at this location at all.

The hotel is near the highway but far enough from the noise. The place is very clean and crew ensures it is well kept. The free washer and dryer are a plus. I especially want to thank Kaitlan and Brain for their outstanding service. Both are pleasant and very helpful. The help always with a smile.

On the side of the highway, the floors are only 6th floor. We are on the 5th floor. People with poor sleep quality at night are advised to stay carefully. It feels very noisy, the rooms are large and the service is good.

This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly. What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care. The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers.
