It is one of the very few non-five-star hotels in Taiwan whose service management reaches the level of a four- to five-star hotel. Suitable for family travel and accommodation, it has been included in the pocket list.

The dining room is clean and has a large space. There is a special parking lot. If the parking lot is full, 100 parking fees will be subsidized. It is very close to the city center and it is very convenient for shopping and shopping. I will stay here again.

The pool is biggest ever tried in Taiwan, kid is having fun. The facility is impressed after renovation, but few things can be improved; 1. The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. Stayed one night, booked the package including access to marine park with breakfast. Arrived at 1330 and took the last free bus iMR 1400 to the marine park and spent a few hours watching the sea lion and dolphins. Back to the hotel to the room with fantastic with sea views. Hotel is huge, outdoor swimming pool was closed but great space to walk around and admire the sunset over the sea or back towards the mountains and Hualien city. Good buffet breakfast, busy but well organised - would definitely recommend for families with children.

During the epidemic, I was trapped in Taiwan and stayed at this hotel for half a year. This time I visited Taiwan with my wife and revisited the old place. The hotel is still as clean and tidy as three years ago, the service staff is polite and friendly, and the facilities are complete. But the actual check-in condition was better than I expected. 1.Counter: The service staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient; When I called the counter to ask questions, the staff was very professional and responded directly to the point. 2. Before checking in, I confirmed my check-in details and needs with Trip.com. Trip.com’s response was also super fast and they did feedback my needs to the hotel. It doesn't make me feel like I can't find anyone to deal with it after I book the room. 3. The room is very clean and the sound insulation equipment is also very good. 4. The air conditioner will be cool, and you can adjust the intensity by yourself (air conditioning is very important, and this aspect is good) 5. Although the breakfast items are not many, they have the basic ones. When I went to have breakfast, a staff member reported that there were only 2 small pieces of fermented bean curd left on the plate, and the staff immediately refilled a plate.

Advantages 3. I thought there were so many tenants, it should be a bit noisy, but wrong, soundproofing is very good! Advantages 4, opposite is Qixingtan, walk for five minutes, it is super convenient! Advantages 5, the first floor cafe has free coffee and refreshments, very good to send children! Advantages 6. There is a viewing balcony on the top floor. It should have a view of more than 180 degrees, right? You can also see warplanes rushing up the sky, so hi! After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!) The next morning I went to borrow my bike and the gentleman asked me to fill in the information with a straight face! At last, when I checked out, I pushed a 27-pack full of suitcases and two full backpacks into the heavy front door of the hall. The counter lady looked at me and said, ”Be careful on the way! There is no meaning to help me push the door open at all, let alone help me push it to the car! So are the service staff enthusiastic? I don't know! Maybe I am less gratifying haha! I still recommend it to everyone!
