I recently had the pleasure of staying at a comfortable hotel in the beautiful and serene Yellow Mountain, Anhui. The overall experience was excellent, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and the stunning natural surroundings. The hotel itself provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the bustling city life. The rooms were well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was its idyllic location amidst the breathtaking scenery of Yellow Mountain. Waking up to the awe-inspiring views of lush forests and majestic peaks was a truly unforgettable experience. Exploring the nearby trails and enjoying the fresh mountain air served as the perfect tonic for the soul. However, my only disappointment was with the dining options at the hotel. While the food provided within the hotel was of decent quality and showcased local cuisine, it would have been nice to have some alternative dining choices nearby. As the hotel was the only dining option in the immediate vicinity, it limited the opportunities to explore the local food scene.

The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

The front desk service of the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, the facilities are advanced, and there are smart devices. Especially the hotel’s travel housekeeper, Miss Xie, is very professional. We designed a travel route based on our specific situation and found us an equally excellent tour guide in Xiaojiao. It was very convenient to sign up for a group tour at the hotel for the first time, saving a lot of trouble. What is worth praising is that the location of the hotel is really good. It is very convenient. You can just walk across from the transfer station in the scenic area. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. Parking is free when you stay in the hotel. Overall, it is very good and a very good stay experience.

Very nice stay! The hotel’s location is good—very close to the bus station. We didn’t have to walk much the morning we were going to hike, as the bus station was nearby. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. The room was clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful; they helped us arrange car pools whenever we needed. The breakfast was also perfect.

My husband keith and I reaaly enjoyed our stay at Vienna I H south gate. The staff were very helpful with information about places to visit. We also appreciate their information with buying tickets, arranging local travel and local foods. I would be happy to recommend the Vienna as the place to stay in Tangkou. Hong Griffiths.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

perfect for European travelers...... I would really like to give it more than 10 points. What Tom does as a host in this wonderful, good price is far above anything we have ever experienced in a hotel. Tom speaks fluent English and is totally attuned to everyone's needs. I don't know how to thank him for everything he has done for us. my friend was traveling alone in the mountains and totally overestimated himself, which resulted in him missing the last cable car down. Tom arranged everything for us so that my friend came down from the mountain and was taken to the hotel. We didn't even know what we would have done without his help. the rooms are beautiful and the food was a great change from the local food we've had for the last three weeks. Today Tom was so kind and drove us to the bus station and explained to us exactly how we would get our tickets. We are sad that we couldn't stay longer and would book this hotel again at any time. ‐-------‐------------------------------- Ich würde so gerne mehr als 10 Punkte geben. das was Tom als Gastgeber in diesem wunderschönen guten Preis ist die weit über alles in Ordnung was wir jemals in einem Hotel erlebt haben. Tom spricht fließend Englisch und stellt sich auf jeden mit seinen Wünschen total ein. ich weiß gar nicht wie ich ihm für alles danken kann was er für uns getan hat. mein Freund war alleine in den Bergen unterwegs und hat sich total überschätzt, was dazu führte dass er die letzte Seilbahn nach unten verpasst hat. tom hat alles für uns geregelt so dass mein Freund noch vom Berg gekommen und ins Hotel gebracht worden ist. wir hätten gar nicht gewusst dass wir ohne seine Hilfe getan hätten. die Zimmer sind wunderschön und das Essen war eine großartige Abwechslung zu dem lokalem essen was wir die letzten drei Wochen hatten. heute war Tom noch so lieb und hat uns zur Busstation gefahren und uns genau erklärt die wir an unsere Tickets kommen. wir sind traurig dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten und und würden jederzeit wieder genau dieses Hotel buchen.

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

This simple and warm design style not only makes people feel happy, but also makes people relax during a busy journey. The environment of the hotel lobby is very spacious and bright, giving people an open feeling. The decoration style is simple and elegant, and the color combination is harmonious, making people feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole house is smart, the room is large, and there is a bathtub. It’s less than 100 meters walk from the entrance of the South Gate Scenic Area. You don’t have to get up early. You can have a leisurely breakfast and walk into the mountain. When you come back from the mountain, you can take a bath. Your legs won’t hurt the next day. The boss was very nice. It rained on the day we arrived and he even drove to Tangkou Station to pick us up. Takeaways arrive quickly, there is also a supermarket on the first floor, and the restaurant next to it is also very delicious.
