Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

Best location in Hue, well educated, English-speaking staff, if the reception is crowded with French customers, the reception ends while drinking tea on the waiting sofa, Receive the key and guide to the room. The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

The hotel is very close to the Xiangjiang River, you can take a walk nearby to enjoy the scenery/night view. Some nearby businesses/restaurants affected by the epidemic are not open. The cost of the rickshaw I took is VND100,000 for a round trip. If not specified, the itinerary is led by the driver. When getting off the bus, the driver strongly recommends tipping more. The shopping recommended by the driver is not worthy of reference. The sound insulation of the hotel room is not very good. If there are noisy guests living nearby, it may affect the rest. The service staff is kind, and the options provided for breakfast are not bad, perhaps because there are fewer guests affected by the epidemic.

It was not easy to find this place and not in the main area but it was easy to get a taxi (20k to 30k dong) to bring you to restos and shops and back. The river beside it is serene in peaceful. The room was tastefully done and shampoo and bath gel smelled really good . Staff was exceptionally pleasant, efficient, friendly and speak good english. Breakfast is ordered the night before..very practical and quite good too We booked our dragon boat tour to pagoda and citadel plus our private car to Hoi An. Our driver Jack was good driver and speaks english too. The parting gift ( small bottle of cajaput oil) is such a nice touch. By the way, this cajaput oil is sold in Hue and very helpful essential oil. The problem is..this is sold everywhere but since most dont speak english, you are not told that you can not bring it on board the plane..carry on and checked in luggage. We bought quite a lot and customs were quite strict about it. We had no choice but to take them all out since cajaput is highly flammable.

This is exactly the kind of small personalized business that travelers should support in Vietnam. It’s in a great location but feels private and remote, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I had a lovely stay at Pisces Hotel. The staff were great in helping me rent a motorbike and get laundry done. Special shout out to Miss Dung for also being a great conversationalist and making me feel super welcome. The only issue I had was the floors were very dirty in the room. I asked the cleaning staff to wash the floors, as it was sticky and dirty, but they didn't in the 3 nights I was there.

Such an amazing stay!! Great hostess and breakfast was included. She also helped us book a private transfer to the airport for only 220k vnd. Normally grab wouldve charged 300k. The location was perfect. No noise outside. Close to the walking streets and about 30 min walk from the ancient city. Beds were the most comfortable. Get the corner rooms. They have balconies and ac! Great big windows. Felt like a luxury home.

The hotel is very nice and helpful, well served English. The hotel is perfectly located, two steps from the entertainment part of Hue, while a little sideways, thanks to which it is quiet. Right next to the hotel shops, lots of shops and local travel offices. For Cytadela about 2 km, you can walk. The entire hotel is clean. Very comfortable, nicely decorated room and bathroom, available coffee and tea. Good WiFi. Breakfasts are very tasty, something for warmth and fruit but ... We expected breakfast to be in the form of buffet, a little disappointed that they were from the card. It was only the last day of our stay, perhaps because additional guests appeared, a buffet was prepared.

This hotel is the most affordable hotel I stayed in Hue. Not only is the price cheap, but the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has wet and dry separation, and the location is also very good. There are bars and various coffee shops and snack bars next to it. There is a free breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast is cooked for everyone on the spot by the hotel staff. A very good hotel, worth recommending, and will definitely stay here again next time.
