"Taki specjalny hotel. Jako organizator wycieczki rowerowej 46 osób trudno jest utrzymać znalezienie bardzo dobrych hoteli dla nas do pobytu w, ten jest niezwykle dobry. Pomimo wyzwań ruchu Marmotte, nasza rezerwacja była nadal zaszczycona. Hotel oferuje nam wszystko, czego potrzebujemy, czyste i przestronne pokoje, bardzo dobre jedzenie i zimne piwo z oszałamiający widok. Bezpieczne przechowywanie jest również dla rowerów itp. Zespół hotelowy pracował nieustannie od punktu, w którym dotarliśmy do punktu, w którym opuściliśmy. Jedzenie było pierwszej klasy i bardzo smaczne, piwo było zimne. Zespół hotelowy wyszedł z drogi, aby zakwaterować nieoczekiwany wczesny start z powodu zamknięć drogowych. Śniadanie rozprzestrzeniało się całkowicie niesamowicie. Z pewnością wróci z rodziną, aby pokazać im, co to jest niesamowite miejsce."

"Ładne nowoczesne dobrze utrzymane apartamenty. Zostaliśmy w 1 sypialni mieszkania z naszą córką, mając sofa w salonie. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona. W łazience była pełna kąpiel z prysznicem z głowami. W sypialni było łóżko rozmiaru króla, które było bardzo wygodne. Tylko negatywne są, że poduszki nie były zbyt wielkie i było bardzo ograniczone przechowywanie. Dla 3 osób w sypialni było 2 małe szafki ścienne, więc w końcu żyliśmy z walizki. Przebyliśmy nad Nowym Rokiem i na NY Eve były fajerwerki w 6.30pm i znowu później wieczorem. Sama kurort jest dość rozległy. Nie znaliśmy obszaru i choć był dość centralny dla Bergers (gdzie są główne windy narciarskie) naprawdę trzeba zrobić swoje badania w zakresie wynajmu, lekcji i gdzie trzeba być kiedy. Obok obiektu znajduje się restauracja, która była bardzo miła i wiele innych wspaniałych miejsc do jedzenia w mieście."

"Lovely place in a great location, with very friendly and welcoming staff. I thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality of accommodation. It has a warm and traditional chalet feel and was spotlessly clean at all times. We were a group of three, 1 adult, 2 teenage boys (16 and 18) and stayed in a triple room (room 21). The room was nicely decorated, the 3 single beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size, the shower was powerful and always hot. Our room didn't have a balcony, as not every room does, but this didn't bother us particularly. It was a South-facing room, and the view was superb. Breakfast - continental with high quality breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereal, quiche and tarts. Perfect. Wifi - free, not quite up to streaming, but fine for everything else. Ski and boot storage - plenty room in the ski room accessed from outside. Boot room with dryers/warmers accessible from reception. Nearby - 3 ski rental shops within a few meters of the hotel, loads of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Ski access - bucket lift across the road which takes you to the bottom of the pistes. You can ski back to the hotel, but it's pretty flat so not much good on a snowboard! Criticisms - nothing of note. The room was too hot on the first night, even with the radiator switched off. Open the window in the evening and it's fine, as long as there is no-one singing on the street in the early hours! If I return to Alpe d'Huez, I'll probably go back to this hotel."

"attentive and friendly staff, beautiful interior and perfect location at the main lifts. Only weakness was the breakfast buffet execution. Breakfast order mistakes, dirty dinnerware, broken egg boiler and cold hotplates that were not noticed by staff over multiple days suggests work process problems that were largely overcome by friendly staff."

"Arrival at 15:30 to get my room reservation for 16h. I had to raise the tone at 17:30 because I still had no room. Seeing the floor room in the hall of my room, faced with the lifts was not worthy of a 4-star. The entrance of the hotel is not open, full of snow and smoke on the ground or cracked on the top of the hotel's letter box."

"Stayed here early Feb, and this hotel is fantastic. We had a Quadruple room which was spacious and comfy with a balcony. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. For skiing it couldn't be any more conveniently located. The lobster cage lift is 100m away which takes you to the base of the slopes and you can ski back to around the same distance from the back door! Would recommend to anyone, and will most certainly be back!"

"The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, tasteful decor and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is of top quality, with the breakfast buffet having a wide range of options and the evening meals were delicious and presented well. One thing to note is the evening menu is the same every night with only 2 of each starter, main and dessert to chose from, apart from some specials that do change every day. The location is right in the centre of town, perfect for shops and restaurants however, is a 10 minute walk to the nearest gondola to take you to the slopes (which can be a pain in ski boots and carrying your skis!). There is a free shuttle bus that goes from the nearby ice rink to the slopes but unfortunately we never timed this right. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is perfect. The only downside is that the beds are quite firm, and for us quite uncomfortable, and during the night, the roads below are full of loud drunks returning from the nearby bars which have woken us up multiple times. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in the Royal Ours Blanc and would recommend it to a friend, keeping in mind the pros and cons of the location."

"Benji sprawił, że wakacje były wspaniałe doświadczenie. Bardzo uważne, pomocne i utalentowany muzyk. Położenie hotelu jest świetne z 50m spacerem do zboczów. Restauracja daje, podejrzewam, najlepsze widoki w AD. Pokoje hotelowe są czyste, z ładnym balkonem i widokiem na góry. Różne menu co noc, a mimo że jest tylko jeden wybór żywności. Zawsze była dobra jakość. Mathi na recepcji był bardzo pomocny. "
