"I had a fantastic experience at Lavande Hotel during this business trip! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and leisure nearby, making travel super hassle-free. Stepping into the room, the warm lavender scent instantly dispelled my fatigue. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The smart room controls were a huge plus; I could turn the lights on and off and adjust the air conditioning with just my voice. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were a special lavender-infused blend—so comfortable! The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!"

"I had high hopes for GreenTree Inn and planned to leave a positive review after my stay, but the entire experience was terrible and I was extremely disappointed. I would never recommend booking with them! I booked two rooms for this trip, and after checking in, I encountered a series of problems: The facilities were extremely outdated, the air conditioning was completely unresponsive, and the temperature difference between the two rooms was huge. The air conditioning in room 201 failed to heat up, making the room unbearably hot all night. There was no way to cool it down, and I had to endure the entire night with a small fan running through my body. The air conditioning in my other room was also uncontrolled; no matter how high the temperature was set, it was still very cold, and I was chilled all night. The two rooms were completely polarized in temperature, with no way to balance the temperature. I contacted the front desk to request a room on the third floor, but the assigned room was in an extremely remote location, making it very inconvenient to move around. I had no choice but to give up on changing rooms. The hygiene was appalling, with obvious stains on the bedding. The room cleaning was perfunctory, with many corners uncleaned. Most disturbingly, dried bloodstains remained on the blankets, suggesting the linens hadn't been thoroughly changed and washed. It was extremely unpleasant to look at, and I felt completely unsafe staying there. The furniture and bathroom facilities throughout the room were severely aged, resulting in a poor user experience. The terrible accommodations directly led to both of us catching colds and becoming ill. The extreme temperature difference overnight, combined with the poor environment, caused me to catch a cold and fever. I'm currently taking fever reducers and resting. What should have been a pleasant trip ended up being ruined by the accommodations. There are plenty of comfortable and hygienic hotels to choose from at the same price point. This GreenTree Inn failed in everything—from maintenance and housekeeping to basic services—making it extremely poor value for money. I will never stay here again and sincerely warn other travelers to avoid this place."

I requested a room that was quieter, and I couldn't even hear the music from the evening events. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was a good menu for lunch or dinner. The room had everything I needed. The reception staff was helpful, even if you didn't speak Chinese or English. Don't worry about your luggage or bags after shopping; you can take a shuttle to the hotel entrance, which is closer to your room."
