Homewood Suites by Hilton Huntsville-Village of Providence

Good place to stay if you want a longer term stay and still be in a great walkable location. The curtains didn’t close all the way and there’s a bright light in the parking lot so I was very glad to have an eye mask for sleeping.

Bugs in the room, dirty and outdated appliances and couch. housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay, the elevator was 2 months past annual inspection date, and the water smelled of sewage. Will not be staying here again

The property was so clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The only suggestion is the breakfast needs a little attention or more options. I would definitely stay at Homewood Suites again!

Needs an upgrade. Beds very uncomfortable. Staff not welcoming. Carpets need cleaning. Appliances need to be upgraded

I didn’t know much about the area we visited and picked this hotel after seeing previous reviews and pictures of the rooms. I must say, we were really disappointed once we got there. The hotel seemed ok from the outside and the lobby was nice but our room felt so dirty!! The furniture was so old and looked just filthy. The light fixtures had dead bugs in them. My 5 year old woke up in the middle of the night to tell us to kill a bug on the wall (see pics)l!! The bathroom vent was covered in dirt (see pictures) The bedding was thin and terrible. The comforter looked like it was at least a decade old. The bed was incredibly lumpy. The towels were old and dingy with dirt that wouldnt wash out. Towels like that should be thrown out. Luckily we weren’t in the room much. If we were going to be in the room a lot I would’ve demanded a better room. I wont ever pick this hotel again.

It was an amazing experience. The room was perfect and the personel too!!

This seems to be a fairly new hotel and is very nice on the outside but I was surprised at the lack of upkeep….dirty carpets, walls, etc. It wasn’t up to par with most HS I’ve stayed in.

Suites are nice, but a little dated and musty. I hated that all the room doors SLAM shut and echo thru out the floor. I could not use my Hilton Rewards since I booked with *******. They only saved me three dollars.

Used soap was left in the shower. There was a ball of hair left on the floor.
