I don't recommend that hotel to anyone. I travelled 42 hours to arrive in Brazil because we live in Australia, so we chose to book a room that they consider the best category to try to have a night of rest and try to get back after so many hours of flight, But for our surprise, the 'best' room was super noisy because the windows have no closure, and for the staff, this is not a problem for them because it is an external issue that does not depend on them, So I asked you to exchange our room for the noise, they offered me another super quite room and we are super grateful for it, but they didn't let me know that the value of the day was lower than the value we had paid to us, or I paid X I received Y and the difference of value someone put in the pocket. I spoke to the reception Luana, Gilberto, Marcos, Edvan and (he says supervisor needs much to get to the level of a real supervisor) CIA and the only alternative they gave me was to return R$175, Then, if you want to apologize for the event, you will only say that it is an external problem that has nothing to do with them. As someone represents a brand, you don't care what customers/hosts think or feel. People who are completely unprepared, without training and without a pint of respect for the guests. We are absolutely disappointed by the failure and treatment received. If you need a tip before you stay here, please don't stay here because if you need any help they will say that it's not their problem, it's something out of the world. Without counting on other problems such as breakfast we need time to describe what they call breakfast.
