Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

Very basic. Hotel was clean and good location. All inclusive was the most limited I’ve ever visited. Maybe 4/5 dishes at lunch and dinner, including sides and they usually didn’t compliment each other. Desserts really limited and same fruit laid out from 8am breakfast-10pm dinner. No hot drinks available in restaurant after breakfast. Drinks at breakfast served from machines which were out of order 2/3 times in 7 days. Only all inclusive I’ve been to without kids area at buffet. Pool areas nice, clean and plenty of beds, pool snack bar also ok. Same menu everyday though. Toilets at pool area dated and always smelly. More the drains than usage. Lara from kids club was AMAZING! But mini disco with her was great and at least an hour, other nights less energy and max 30 mins. Staff hit and miss some lovely, some really rude. Luggage room down 2 flights of stairs, arrived early, so room not ready. No lift, no help offered. Advertised as no large groups, but young group of lads there, loud all day around pool, the loud coming home at 6am. Walls thin, really noisy hotel. Even just people passing in hallways was echoing. Rooms small, child ‘bed’ was folding cube from the corner making low floor bed. Not as advertised. Stay was ok, wouldn’t recommend or return

This hotel was a great base . Food was fine typical 3 star. Alcohol drinks were fab . Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Had no issues with noise slept very well . Very clean and tidy hotel in a beautiful part of San Antonio Bay . The walk from hotel to San Antonio is around 30 mins with the most beautiful scenery well worth the walk with loads of bars and restaurants on route . Ibiza is a magical place .

5 night all inclusive family get away. Location of hotel was ideal, short walk to the beach and shops. Approx 30 minutes to airport. Our room/balcony was facing the main pool area and was more than adequate, clean and had everything we needed. The food was varied and plentiful and the menus changed daily, which was appreciated. There was a full range of included ‘local’ drinks plus additional branded alcohol to purchase if you wanted. The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The guest entertainment team deserve a separate mention. They were fantastic, always keeping the kids and adults entertained throughout the day/evening. Alvaro is a born entertainer and never failed to get the attention/participation of guests. Well done!

First the pros - pool area was good and snack bar cooked all food fresh which is unusual but also meant kids got plenty throughout the day that wasn’t pre cooked crap. Cleaning staff work very hard, very polite and friendly and rooms were cleaned every day. Rooftop bar was really nice. Young girl who worked there was so friendly and welcoming. Location was good. Short walk to beaches, restaurants and 25 min walk to sunset *****. Bus stop also right outside. The cons No fridge in the room (have to pay), no kettle (have to pay), luggage room in basement with no lift so if you’re checking in early or out late expect to carry your cases down and up 2 flights of stairs. Smell in the restaurant was vile. I came out smelling like I’d been dipped in a deep fat fryer so had to shower again and change my clothes. Beds if you could call them that were worst I’d ever slept on. Two single planks of wood pushed together for my husband and I and my son had a fold up cube against the patio window. Not enough room to swing a cat and most uncomfortable sleep we’ve ever had. Food was ok. Pretty much same thing every day with slight variations but we ended up eating out because of the smell on our clothes and hair post eating there so only did 2 nights of a 7 night stay. If I was there was a few days with the girls and wanted a good location for heading out of a night and drinking during the day, it’s bearable. For a 7 night family stay, definitely not and whilst I know it’s a 3 star and you don’t expect a lot, I do expect a comfy bed, and some what I would say are basics especially when the prices increase so much during school holidays so it’s actually not cheap!

First off this isn’t a bad review as such. The hotel is clean, the staff are amazing and the location is spot on. The hotel is old and it shows. Very shabby and the rooms are not great, definitely not premium! Don’t let the pictures fool you. They must have been taken many years ago. The only thing premium gives you is access to the roof top bar which is amazing and the best part of the hotel by far. From what I can gather the rooms are all the same size whether you have 2, 3 or 4 people in. Our “family room” was 2 single beds put together and a mattress on some boxes shoved us against the patio doors. The beds are also so hard and uncomfortable it’s unreal, not sure what the mattresses are made of. Rooms are so small and cramped. Not enough hangers so ended up living out of a suitcase. We emailed asking for a sea view room which they said they could do and ended up with no view at all as we just had a massive palm tree in front and it encroached onto the balcony. The food is normal average all inc food but we had budgeted to eat out most nights so only had one meal in. Breakfast was ok. Food at the snack bar was the best, very tasty for cheap pizza and burgers. We had some amazing sunset meals out. There is one just down the road that we tried on our first night and saw the most amazing sunset whilst eating and of course you have to get up to cafe mambo or one of the others on the sunset *****. My main gripe and it’s a big one is the hotel seems to be made out of noise enhancing cardboard. The walls are so thin you can literally hear everything within a 10 room radius. Everything above you, everything below you and all around you. And I mean everything. Every conversation, bit of music, singing, coughing even every flush of a toilet! What made this worse is the from around 1am until 6am you get a steady stream of inconsiderate people coming back from a night out, shouting, swearing, swapping between rooms and knocking on each others doors. When one ends the next lot come in. I have never come back from a holiday more tired than when I arrived. If you are wanting this as a base to go clubbing then it’s ideal. If you are wanting a relaxing time maybe this isn’t for you. Again the staff here are brilliant but they just didn’t seem to do anything regarding people running about the place throughout the night. The pool is nice and we didn’t have any issues getting a sunbed but the towel layers are out in force before breakfast so if you want to guarantee one maybe best to nip down with your towels. All in all is not a bad hotel just not a great one. Ibiza is amazing, the old town is definitely worth a bus ride to visit but I wouldn’t come back to this hotel. I now need to sleep for a while like I would if I was coming back from Ibiza in my 20s! 😂

Hotel is well looked after and clean. The pool was great for the kids due to it being a beach style entry with shallow bits all on one side. Great addition having the adults only pool too. The room was decorated nicely and cleaned every day, however for a family of 4 it was too small. We had two double beds in the room for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 & 5. It was also very noisy in terms of other guests banging doors, shouting and having no respect for other guests at night, so this unfortunately did spoil our last 3 nights as we literally had no sleep. The food was really good for a 3*. We always found something to eat for all meals, with themed nights. The dessert selection was pretty poor but the ice-creams for kids was a winner. The roof top sunset bar is a great addition and nice to be served drinks in proper glasses rather than the plastic beakers. The entertainment was not the best and we found ourselves going out after the kids disco for a change of scenery. There's a great bar literally across the road which has crazy golf, pool tables, games, and always busy with locals. The food smelt incredible. The kids entertainers were amazing in the kids club though, Lara was so fab "monsterrrrrrrs"! :-) Great location. It's the bay with shops and bars heading further round the bay such as the Reggae Reggae bar on the beach, or the opposite direction it's a nice walk into San Antonio and round the sunset *****. Overall I think it's good value for money, but we wouldn't stay again due to how loud it is within the hotel, no sound proofing. And due to the family room being too small for us.
