"I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay. When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out. After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)"

"Pros: - It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples - Friendly ladies at the reception - Some barmen are friendly and polite - Clean rooms in general - Balconies in the room - A pool with many spare sunbeds - A decent Wi-Fi connection - Close to the embankment - Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm Cons: - Super tiny gym located in common area - Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed - The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre - I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before - The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement - Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza.."

"Everything was great! We stayed in the new building, newly renovated, clean, everything was beautiful and high-quality. The internet worked perfectly. The bed and mattress were comfortable, we slept like babies. Cleaning and towels were changed every day. We really liked it. I recommend it to everyone! Reasonable price and superb quality."

"I was very happy with this hotel. There were 3 of us staying in one apartment and we had plenty of room for belongings. The rooms got cleaned every day & left us fresh towels each day. We got a bottle of fizz as a welcome pack which was a nice of them to do. Staff were very friendly and was always greeted polity when leaving and coming back through reception. 2 lovely pools however only went round the adult one and was happy with the temperature of the pool, and never had to fight for sun beds. Plenty of bars/restaurants around and about an hour walk to main bits. Fantastic bar down the road called millenniums(check it out). If you’re wanting something on the quiet and calm side, this is a good place to stay, very happy and would be happy to stay again!!!"
