Simply stunning. We opted for a superior room with a whirlpool and...just....wow. Check in was friendly in a clean and smart reception. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless. Perhaps a little dated in appearance but the terrace, and whirlpool, most certainly aren't. A panoramic view of the bay that never got dull. The hotel is easy walking distance from the town and bars, shops etc. The beach was never crowded and was pristine. The sea is emerald green and crystal clear. The bar served a decent selection of drinks and the food each day was varied and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back

Felt it was lacking in a lot amenities especially for the disabled and elderly where most of the of the equipment wasn’t working also there wasn’t a day one of the lifts weren’t working ok coming down the stairs but not going up

Changed to this hotel by TUI 3 weeks before due to unavailability of original booking. This was a bonus due to better location. Turned out to be highly satisfactory in many ways and would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing hotel overlooking the bay. Beautiful location with ample areas for sunbathing- easy access to a small secluded beach. Lovely staff who were very friendly

This hotel is in a great location and staff are lovely, in my opinion the food is not good and the hotel it’s self could be doing with being updated but as I said that’s just my opinion

Overall I enjoyed the hotel, the staff were friendly and pleasant. I had a deluxe beach view room and was pleased with it, I was a bit worried as some reviews said it was dated. The food was good and did get a little same over the few days we stayed but I didn't retract fro the overall experience. The only thing I would say if u want to stay somewhere quite and a little secluded cala llonga is perfect but for us we wanted to see a bit more of island and wished we had sorted a car before hand as it was very expensive to do so once there. I would possibly go back but maybe try another palladium hotel elsewhere on the island.
