Casa Victoria Suites

The place is very calm and the location is beautiful, but is is very far away from almost anything. The condition of the buildings, walls and everything is very very old. Things fall apart, our terrace was very dirty. We didn't get any water or anything as a courtesy. The manager Horacio was a good fella but some other venezuelan worker she was very rude and treated us like we weren't paying 225€ per night. Overall a decent experience but it had kind of a bitter taste at the end. Hope they can improve these little details so it can be a real premium experience.

I went to this nice place to work and let me tell you something about the breathtaking views I enjoyed there, there are a large terrace facing San Antonio bay and Punta Galera as well, it was just amazing and first of all, the staff attention was great! Specially from Horacio, who always paid attention to all my questions during my stay. I heard they have changed the management, so, let’s give them a break, hopefully, the best is yet to come for them. I will come back soon 100%

We booked a Deluxe villa but there was nothing Deluxe about it. On entry to the apar**ent immediately realised that the property was very tired and in need of maintenance. The bathroom needed a refurbishment and the sink tap was broken. The sink furniture, mirror & light was dirty. The kitchen also was in need of a refurb and was badly stocked. No wine glasses, only one pan, no kitchen knives and the fridge freezer was filthy. We walked next to the terrace and not one piece of furniture wasn’t broken, and either the cushions were missing, ripped with holes and filthy! It was also very dirty and littered with cigarette butts. The main bedroom had a wardrobe with louvred doors cakes in dust between the slats. Worse still was that every evening from about 20:00 the Terrace, kitchen and single bedrooms became unusable due to the stench coming from the drains. This property advisers itself as 4 star but is not much more than 2. My advice is please don’t stay here.

To be avoided at all cost We had to stay at this “hotel” as our villa was not available on the day of arrival. Apart from the fact that the hotel is tired and need a major upgrade, the bar/restaurant is closed and staff refused to even provide a glass of water !! No breakfast is served in the morning either The person minding the reception would win Gold at the “worst services” competition in any category! To be fair the rooms were at least clean and the indoor pool nice to swim in.

Ubicación muy tranquila y romántica. Habitaciones muy limpias y vistas fabulosas. Un agradecimiento especial al propietario Horacio por su amabilidad y amabilidad. una semana maravillosa... magica. Se lo recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera experimentar la isla en tranquilidad y relajación.

Llegamos al hotel y como la habitación no está lista, nos cambiamos y duchamos en los vestuarios de la piscina. Están muy sucios y descuidados, igual que las zonas comunes.  Cuando nos dan la habitación vemos:  - pelos en las sábanas y fundas de almohada - ducha con restos de gel y champú y agua de los anteriores huéspedes, no limpiada - humedad en las paredes - no se ha barrido ya que hay suciedad por toda la habitación - platos sucios - agujeros en las paredes por donde puedes ver los cables - manchas de pintura - manchas negras y rojas en las sábanas y almohadas - manchas blancas en el sofá y sillones - pulsador de la cadena del WC desencajado - se fue la luz del baño - hormigas en la cama - lavabo sin limpiar, restos de gotas Cuando nos quejamos en recepción (sobre las 19:00h) la chica nos dice que no hay nadie para hacer limpieza y ni otra habitación para movernos, lo único que puedo hacer es pedirle un juego de sábanas nuevo y cambiar yo las sábanas. Un 4* debería tener servicio de bar, socorrista, recepción 24h y camarera de pisos de guardia. No tiene nada.  No os dejéis engañar. Estuvimos hablando con otro huésped y estaba en la misma situación que nosotros. Además si no tienes vehículo, es imposible. Lejos y carretera malisima en la subida al hotel.

Nos hemos alojado en el apartamento B. Uno de los baños no pudimos utilizarlo por los malos olores. El otro baño con la ducha sucia. Al ser febrero hacía frío pedimos en recepción un calefactor para el baño y unos edredones, pues la cama tiene un edredon fino de verano. La chica de recepción nos dijo que hacía frío porque era invierno, cosa que ya sabíamos… y para lo que no está preparado el apartamento. No nos dieron, ni nos dejaron los edredones, ni el calefactor. La cafetera estaba rota y si nos la cambiaron. Nos dejaron como solución a la falta de limpieza y mal olor, un bote de ambientador… La solución por parte de recepción fue cambiarnos durante la noche a las 4 a dos apartamentos, incomprensible tener que cambiar todo y separarnos … Al llegar a la habitación no teníamos los edredones, ni mantas solicitadas, llamamos varias veces a recepción para pedirlas mantas,pero nadie cogió el teléfono y al querer dejar el mensaje en el buzón nos saltó el buzón diciendo que estaba lleno y no podíamos dejar el mensaje. Las habitaciones no tienen armarios donde poder colocar la ropa, las ventanas tienen un estor que al bajarlo no impide que la luz de la mañana entre. El acceso a los apartamentos está fatal, porque atraviesas un camino de tierra y piedras, lleno de baches y sin luz, ni asfaltar. Las vistas son bonitas, pero solo si quieres estar apartado de todo, pues no tienes supermercado cerca, etc. Le sobran dos, de las cuatro estrellas.
