Really uncomfortable stay due to rude and aggressive staff. Really bizarre experience. Worst hotel I've stayed at due to being made so uncomfortable by staff and everything being made so difficult.

Had an amazing stay at the One Ibiza Suites. Excellent location, the room was beautiful with amazing sea views.
Loved the design of the room, great facilities and the staff were very professional, approachable and friendly.

Amazing place, staff super friendly and went out of the way. Fabulous rooftop where we had the most delicious club sandwiches. Welcome drink was much appreciated. Will definitely be back

Gorgeous hotel, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. Service was outstanding and location couldn't have been better! Instagram worth for sure!!

The location and hotel facilities are first class. However the rooms are not designed for multiple occupancy. We paid £475 per night for 3 adults in one room but not enough wardrobe space and 3rd bed is virtually in kitchen area! You pay all this money and they don’t offer breakfast. Madness

One Ibiza Suites is in a great location. Convenient walk or water Taxi to Dalt Vila restaurants and shopping. I ate at the hotel one night and it was one of the best meals I had during my visit. The hotel itself was modern, clean and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.

At the front desk is a blonde argentinan guy that was very rude and unprofessional!, the rest of the staff was very nice above all the rooftop guys
