DISGRACEFUL NOT OKAY!!!! BAD BEDS DISGUSTING THIS black bits in my bed -dodgy beds -filthy sheets vile stayed with the school and the food was also disgusting absolute NO NO might aswell throw me money out the window DO NOT COME HERE WASTE OF TIME

This is a ok hotel for the price The food is okay Beds are okay but itchy material on pillow and blanket If you are sharing a room with untrustworthy people beware there are no locks on bathroom door Mold in curtains and bed bugs have been seen in some rooms but they provided new rooms

This hotel is very basic and more as you might expect student accommodation to be - certainly not 3 star. Our room in the ground floor was rather dingy and although quite recently decorated still had a very budget feel about it. No premium linen or furnishings here. Website photos suggest a more premium experience that the reality. The ground floor rooms are on a lower level to the reception but there was no lift - just two spiral staircases so it would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. For one night I guess it was ok but we won’t be hurrying back.

Good location 5 minutes drive to town centre free parking. Very helpful staff

First visit since covid and glad to say nothing has changed. Very clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Value for money. Great selection at breakfast. Did not eat in the restaurant on this occasion but it has previously been very good.

Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, good sized rooms, well equipped. A little lighting in carpark would give the 5th star.

Great hotel for accessing Ypres, only a short walk into town and easy parking at hotel. Room was large, comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of hot and cold options.

Stayed one night at this hotel - we booked it because of the off street parking as we were driving our old minis. It’s situated in an industrial estate so not a particularly nice walk into town which took about 20mins. Room was quite spacious and clean however there is no sound proofing whatsoever. I could even hear snoring from next door. Breakfast was very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, continental selection and a hot food section as well. Busy, but the staff were v good at replenishing the food and clearing tables. Called into the bar in the evening and ordered a nightcap of four whiskies….the barman poured two doubles and when we explained it was four single whiskies he argued that we had only ordered two. We didn’t bother with the drinks and left.
