"These brand-new rooms are located on Boterstraat, a stone's throw from the Grote Markt. The Menin Gate is just over five minutes away, and you can park for free at Minneplein, which is a 450-meter walk away. We had the 'Family Father' room, which means you have to climb three steep flights of stairs and another flight of stairs to the upstairs bedroom. The rooms were clean and modern with coffee facilities. Power outlets are available next to the beds. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit on the thick side. And the space around the bed was a bit cramped. The friendly host sent a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival with the codes to get in, which worked perfectly. From the balcony, you have a view of the Cloth Hall and the cathedral. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available there, but there are plenty of options nearby. There was one hook in the bathroom; otherwise, there was nothing to put your clothes or belongings on."

"Quite a basic hotel. We chose based on location and for that it was perfect. In the heart of the main square, walking distance to bars and restaurants and the Menin Gate. Breakfast was ok (bacon, eggs and continental) and beds comfortable. Sounds a bit picky but there’s a weird unpleasant smell and mentioning here, so the management might change it as I think it’s from the cleaning which is done. Wouldn’t stay again as it is a bit too basic."

"A very good central location. On street paid parking at a reasonable price. Street parking is free between 20:00 and 9:00. The hotel reception was great and helpful. Quiet room."

"Jo prowadzi naprawdę przyjemny B i B blisko centrum miasta i absolutnie idealny dla grupy z sześciu przyjaciół, którzy przyszli zobaczyć zabytki i spacer 100km van Ieper. Pokoje są naprawdę inteligentne i przestronne, łóżka są wygodne i mogą podzielić się na bliźniaki i prysznice są wspaniałe. Śniadanie jest podawane. W jasnym przestronnym pokoju z widokiem na ogród. Wspaniały wybór chleba, sera, mięsa, zboża i domowych konserw. Jo jest chatty i zawsze uśmiechnięta, znana o tym obszarze i zapewnia wspaniały tonik na początku dnia. Na pewno wróci i bardzo poleca dla każdego, kto chce pozostać w odległości spaceru od miasta, ale tylko od tłumów i tłumów placu miasta. Dziękuję, Jo, uczyniłaś nas wszystkim bardzo mile widzianymi i mamy nadzieję, że zostaniemy z tobą ponownie."
