Fantastic hotel for the city centre. Fairly priced and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Will stay again next time we visit. Short walk from city centre and not too far from one the free car parks.

Our room was lovely and the beds comfortable. It's a family-run hotel and the proprietors were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is a very nice place to stay in Ypres, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

A truly comfortable and well run Hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very surprised to be offered bacon and egg !! delicious. Clean comfortable rooms and parking one street away at 2 euros. Truly the nicest stay we have had in Ypres and looking forward to a return visit Thank you so much Vincent and Iwona

Amazing hotel. Small but everything you need is here. Excellent breakfast. Staff is fabulous. They go out of there way to help. 5 stars for service.

I only had a single room which was quite small but had everything I needed in it. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities but they did off this via a 24/7 expresso machine and an honesty box. We have stayed here several times and would do so again. Super friendly and perfectly placed

If you have plans to visit Ieper/Ypres this is the place to stay. Just blocks away from the Menin gate and Grote Market, your hosts Vincent, Iwonna and breakfast star Pebbles will go out of their way to make your visit memorable. And the breakfasts are absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back. ***le, San Diego California

Fantastic hotel, Vincent and Iwona very welcoming warm and friendly hosts. Room was spotless and breakfast was excellent. Good location just off the square, and a few minutes walk from Menen Gate. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night this time, however we will be back in the not too distant future for a longer stay!

This was a lovely place where we spent 2 nights so we could visit some of the WW1 memorials. Our rooms was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and hot drinks are available any time for a Euro. Parking is also easy to locate. Overall we had a lovely time.

This small family run Hotel is situated in easy walking distance of the centre of Ypres, the main Museums there, and also the Menin Gate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this if you're looking for a personal rather than a corporate style hotel.
