Primeira vez que fiquei nesse hotel e gostamos muito. Conhecemos todos os outros hotéis maiores de Ilhéus e esse nos surpreendeu muito. Boa atendimento, muitas atividades para crianças e animação de carnaval recomendo.

O hotel é muito bom, comida excelente, porém o Wi-fi é péssimo, horrível,inadmissível, um hotel do porte deste não tem um internet boa.

O hotel é maravilhoso, nos deram um upgrade de quarto com vista para o mar. A equipe muito especial e sempre disposta a ajudar, café da manhã de ótima qualidade, muito seguro e bem conservado. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Hotel tem boa estrutura. Quarto confortável, área infantil ótima, jardim bonito. Mas, estava em reforma, p quem quer tirar soneca pós almoço se for no quarto pode esquecer.
Infelizmente, ao lado do hotel observei que desagua esgoto das moradias da região na areia da praia, o que me alertou p nao entrar na agua do mar e evitar areia...
O café da manha é bom. Mas tinham uns 10 bolos , varios paes, mas nenhum sem gluten e s lactose Sendo q hj é fácil usar farinhas como de arroz.

The hotel amenities are clean and all in good shape, as in the pictures. The hotel staff was really kind and attentive all the time, specially Fernando from the reception desk and Marcos from the reservation department. The beach in front of the hotel is below average, but the hotel is the best in the region, with an amazing pool and resting area, and a restaurant with good price and variety! The hotel also offer a lot of activities for kids, and a complete playground area. My family and I had an amazing vacation time there. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
