"The resort boasts excellent leisure facilities with areas for children and adults (with evening shows). Aside from this positive aspect, let's move on to the negative: Next to the restaurant, which is near the beach, there are cats that relieve themselves next to the bar; the stench is HORRIBLE, to the point of losing your appetite. The meals are plentiful, but "generic"—there's no taste of regional cuisine. The appetizers are frozen fried snacks (but from inferior brands). The resort service only exists up to the reception; beyond that, the staff's bad mood is noticeable, to the point of causing embarrassment when ordering something. There are nearby resorts where the staff make you feel at home, but not there!"

"The site is charming, with a exuberant nature that provides a fantastic visual experience. The breakfast, though simple, was highlighted by the quality and variety of options between sweets and salts, demonstrating care in the preparation of the items, but I would like to highlight some improvements. The breakfast time from 7:30 to 9:30 could be extended, considering that many guests are looking for rest times and may prefer to wake up a little later, especially during holidays or breaks. As for accommodation, the room in which I stayed showed limitations in space, which compromised a little comfort, and one of the takes was not functional, which required revising the use of the only take available. The Wi-Fi signal was also unsatisfactory, with frequent falls and difficulty connecting to the room, obliged me to move to common areas to access the internet. Finally, one point that deserves attention was the presence of other guests using high volume sound in the pool area. Although I understand the celebration due to the year's turn, the content of some songs was inadequate and disrespectful, of very low calamity, which could have been avoided by applying more clear rules on the use of music in shared areas. I thank the team for the hospitality and emphasise the differential provided by the presence of a beautiful arara on the site, which certainly contributes to the positive experience."
