I stayed in late January. [Access] It is a few tens of seconds walk from Ina Kita Station (JR Iida Line). From the Ina Bus Center, it is a circulation bus (there are quite a few) or JR (less number) and is very close. You can walk straight from ina city station to the shopping street, but I'm scared because there are no people at night. [Hotel impression] The staff is very warm. The room, toilet and bath were clean and clean. Breakfast is more than the amount of quality, enough for me. The local rice was very delicious. I felt like there was such a beautiful cake? The macaron here was more delicious than the macaron in France. If there is a parking lot, it is a cherry blossom. I went to the restaurant called ”Takeda” that I taught at the hotel to eat lunch. It takes 15 minutes to walk, but it was good to go. Even the mini of the local sauce katsudon was able to enjoy enough (with miso soup).

This hotel is a two-story business hotel that is rare in Japan. I don't know if it's a new one or a new one, but it's a hotel that doesn't have to be there. Therefore, it is rare for Hijo that there is no elevator. 1F is a normal business hotel because the parking lot is in front of you, but when you open the light shielding curtain, you can see it completely. Free coffee, free breakfast, and free WOWOW are the highlights of the route inn, but breakfast is of high quality for free, and there is no problem with business use or economy trips. It's a short walk from the station, but there are countless places to eat if you use a car, and there are many specialties such as sauce cutlet, romen and ina, and it's about 20 minutes by car to Takato, which is famous by the side. There are two EV stand parking lots. Be careful not to mistake it for the route inn right next to the interchange.

Located around 500 meters from Ina JR, clean, comfortable, free upgrade available, value for money. Front desk can speak English, very helpful, however Wi-Fi did not work.

Located in Komagane, Hotel Yamabuki is in a rural location, within a 15-minute walk of Rest House Komagane and Kozen-ji Temple. This hotel is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Komagane Kogen Art Museum and 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Komaganekogen Ski Area.Enjoy a range of recreational amenities, including hot springs, a sauna, and karaoke. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and gift shops/newsstands.Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. It was very nice to have a large communal bath. I could move around the hall with hotel room clothes and slippers, so I was able to relax after taking a bath. I also had dinner at the hotel's ”Hana 々 Tei”. The fried cherry blossoms were delicious. Breakfast was also served at ”Hanachaya” in the same place. There were many kinds of bread, and I was very satisfied with Japanese food, rice and porridge.

Stayed over for a night as it was one of the hotels nearest to the shuttle bus terminals to get to Komagane. Location wise, very convenient, only about 10 minutes drive to the bus terminal/ bus stops. There is also a COCO curry restaurant just beside or if you can take the car out, it will be just a few minutes drive to many sauce-katsu don places - this is famous in the area. It was a little pricey considering the current situation but at least everything was clean. Size of the rooms were standard Japanese size. Free parking too. There is a manmade onsen on the ground floor. Seems just like a big bathing spa though since the onsen isnt natural. Went at a good time and the onsen was empty. That was good. Covid-19 prevention was good, plastic disposable hand gloves were provided for the breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall, just another normal Japanese chain hotel but the location made up for it, if you are heading to Komagane.

Stayed in two room types, the front desk helped me arrange the room on the first night, and let me leave my luggage in the room the next day, very worry-free and convenient. The room in the other hall is quite old, but the price is low, and the lake view room in the main building has a first-class view! Breakfast hot springs are the same. The breakfast tasted very good and the hot spring view was the best. Do an electronic questionnaire and small candy. Next to it is the geyser, and it is only a 12-minute walk from Shangyu Visit Station. In short, very satisfied!

Simple interior and clean. It is wonderful to be able to stay with one Chan. Breakfast was also free.

We stayed at Sui Suwako in late October as part of a long Honshu road trip, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Sui Suwako. It's a hybrid Ryokan/Hotel of sorts... it's a 4-story building that lacks a grand entrance or massive property grounds. But it offers rooms that are modern and comfortably appointed, the Omotenashi hospitality of a family-run Ryokan, an onsen bath in each and every room (as well as a terrific rooftop co-ed bath) as well as a terrific Kaiseki dining experience. Given its location in the middle of Nagano, it also serves as a good overnight rest spot if you're coming to/from places such as Tokyo, Fuji, Nagano, the Hokuriku Region, Tsumago/Magome and Karuizawa. Sui Suwako is located on the banks of the enormous Lake Suwa (”Suwa-ko” in Japanese), although there's a somewhat busy road as well as a small park/boardwalk between the property and the lake itself. It's not in the most secluded of locations, but upon entering the building and walking into the reception/common area you'll find that Sui Suwako is an oasis of tranquility. The furnishings and decor are a combination of traditional and modern - liberal use of brightly-colored wood, large windows facing a small yet charming garden, the earthly tones of the furnishings and a smattering of Shoji (dividers that consist of white, semi-translucent sheets on a lattice frame) lend an airy, homely feel. The same is true in the rooms themselves - it's a country home-style feel that gives it a warm, inviting vibe to the entire place. There are a total of 8 rooms (2 on each of the 4 floors) with two slightly different room categories. We choose to stay in the larger of the two types, dubbed the ”Wide Japanese/Western-style Room with Open-air Hot Spring Bath, 75m².” It's slightly larger than the standard rooms, although every room contains a private, (semi-)open-air Onsen (hot springs) bath with views of Lake Suwa towards the far end of the room that also serves as a terrace of sorts. Our room was on the top (5th) floor with wonderful views of the lake, and was sufficiently spacious with a generously-sized living room and a separate bedroom with two large Western-style beds. Another neat feature of Sui Suwako is the open-air Onsen bath on the roof of the building. It offers commanding views of the lake, and it's also co-ed - unlike most Onsen baths, you're permitted to bathe in bathing suits, which allows for an enjoyable Onsen experience with friends and family of the opposite gender. And, given that only a maximum of 8 group of guests will be staying there at any given time, you're more than likely to have the bath all to yourself than sharing it with other guests. I recommend that you go just before dinner during the sunset hours. It's a gorgeous time to chill out and marvel at the beauty and serenity of the area. The dining experience was definitely a highlight. To start with, meals are served in one's own room (horray!) We love this aspect of the ryoka
