At first, I thought that I was staying in the five-colored Sen room type and parked in the parking lot in front of the five-colored Sen. When I checked in, the receptionist interviewed by the food player at the counter (really cute ❤️ people are beautiful and kind) found that the mobile phone screen showed the farmer calendar and knew that it was Taiwanese. She is also a Taiwanese super caring, quickly and efficiently helped me check the data because I couldn't find the room key for a while, and suddenly realized that it was the accommodation of the magic cat from the palace. I found that we had too much luggage and were very heavy. We actually enthusiastically helped us pull the magic cat together and contacted the counter so that we could wait for it when we sat completely. The lobby is really beautiful. The room is also ～. We were simply blown away by the service and hospitality at this hotel. From the time we checked in, even though they spoke very little English, we felt welcome and well looked after. We would especially like to single out the manager, Kobiyama, who was so helpful in helping us organize our outings, and even driving us to the train station and up into the hills to the Goshiki-numa lakes – and asked for nothing in return! We were humbled by his generosity. The hotel is located a few kms out of the town, so having a car is definitely a good idea, as there really isn’t too much around the immediate area. Just down the hill through a forested pathway is a shrine. And passing through that is a beautiful water race which you can walk along for miles and miles in either direction. The hotel is large, 3 or 4 stories, and set amongst forest and green lawns – quite a nice setting! The upper floor of the hotel even has lake views over Lake Inawashiro. The tennis court hasn’t been used in years and is covered in thick moss - unusable. Likewise, they no longer have bicycles for rent. Our Japanese style room was of average size, bright and airy, clean and well-maintained. We had a balcony with nice views over the grounds and out to the lake in the distance. There was no bath or shower, so we had to use the onsen just down the hallway. The wifi was good and there was a TV as well which we never used. The AC worked well. The breakfasts were nothing special, typical traditional Japanese fare, but we did get some eggs and ham on our second day there. We did get a great dinner, a set meal of local beef steak, fries, and salad, and it was probably one of the better steaks I’ve had. Overall, we had a great stay and loved the great hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast. Booked and paid via hotels.com. The hotel is not new but clean and good to stay and it didn't cost much compared with other hotels in this area. The breakfast was a buffet and had many choices. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Sorry for my late review. They might renovate the restaurant so my photo might be outdated.

We used it for one person per night in June 2020. Due to recent circumstances, breakfast was not a buffet style at the venue, but a form of taking rice balls, bowls, and packed side dishes to the room to eat. Although it is a pack format, I think the amount of breakfast was sufficient and the type of side dishes was good (^^) I thought it was easy to use even if I left early in the morning because I could eat it from 6:30 in the morning. Regarding the room, I heard the sound of the person in the next room biting his nose, but it seems that the walls are thin (-_-;) The cleanliness of the room is perfect, I was able to sleep well until morning in a comfortable space ☆ I could rent a blanket, so I didn't have any trouble with bedding. It was a room on the upper floors, so The view such as Aizuwakamatsu station was good.

There is a station connection. As soon as you leave the train station, you can clearly find the shuttle bus. It is very convenient. After arriving at the hotel, the service staff will immediately receive the reception. It is very thoughtful. The relevant needs are also tried to help. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. If you do not arrange other outdoor trips, The hotel has everything you need to hang out for a whole day!

All the dishes made with Fukushima ingredients were very delicious and the volume was plentiful and I was very satisfied! The hall is renewed so it is very beautiful. Thanks to the hot spring, my skin became smooth! Amenity was also useful because there was a set of skin care for staying at DHC. The parking lot near the building is narrow and you will be directed to park in the farthest parking lot as you arrive. The lobby was clean and the lounge provided complimentary drinks. I didn't have to fill in the check-in myself, and after being guided to the room, I was able to relax in the room immediately after dinner and the inside of the hotel. The room and bathroom were large enough for three people to relax. There were many free drinks in the room, which was great. At first glance, the room looked clean, but only the air purifier and hair dryer were covered in dust. Even though I was instructed to fill the humidifier with water myself, it was still filled with water, so I threw it away and put it back in. The front desk told me that the rock bath is too small to recommend, so I enjoyed the two large baths, but it was a quiet hot spring with a view of the river, and it was comfortable. Since we live in the mountains, we had a lot of vegetables for dinner, but many of the dishes were flavored with soup stock and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the grilled fish was lukewarm. Because the price was high, I thought the main dish would be Japanese beef, but I was a little disappointed that it was domestic beef. After dinner, my friend had a stomach ache, so I asked the front desk for directions and was told it was a 15 minute walk, so we set off on foot. The temperature was -4 degrees Celsius, it was snowing a little, the ground was frozen solid, and we walked for about 30 minutes trying not to fall. Taxi on the way home. When I looked it up later, the distance was 1.7km. When I told the man at the front desk about it, he answered, ”I always walk in 15 minutes.” I was angry that the remark came out before the apology. How many people do you think can walk a snowy ice van and a 1.7km snowy road in 15 minutes? Still, the bath in the room was too great, so I was more satisfied. Only one person at the front desk was disappointing because there were many good places.
