Staff was very helpful to us. We appreciated their help, as we are disabled. The accommodations were also very disability friendly.

Check-in was very cumbersome. Front desk clerk struggled to make systems work and had to spend time on phone with manager to complete check-in.

I like the hotel and the staff were great. I would change or offer different pillows. Those are just too high or full to be comfortable or good for the neck. I would also offer free breakfast.

This was my first stay at My Place and ti be completely honest I will not stay at your hotel again. I would not recommend staying at your hotel. The walls are thin which impacts privacy.
