"Furniture was a little worn. Clean though. Close to Bass Pro, Hobby Lobby & Mardel. Several fast food and restaurants close by. We did not eat the breakfast, since a convention was going on that we were not aware of. We would stay again if we are in the Independence area."

"Miałem bardzo miły pobyt, byłem tam na interesach, mój pokój był bardzo czysty, ale poszedłem do maszyny lodowej, przez korytarz i nogi mi się utopłyły. Musiał się wyciek maszyny, bo rano miały ręczniki i dmuchawkę na podłodze. Znowu, nie wina hoteli, ale doceniam, że patrzą na parking. Zostanę tam jeszcze raz."

"The owner is very rude and is a bully. He yells at guest in an attempt to intimidate them and are threatened with being kicked out. The owner is disrespectful to all his guest. The owner has several guest living there as their home, the owner knows thus and takes advantage of guests situations. Most guest pay for extended ount of days and he will kick you out and not refund for the days prepaid. If you ask for refund he will yell and threaten to call police. Advice: the owner is not allowed to keep your money and this is theft! He can ask you to leave his property but legally cannot keep your money. The owner thrives on deceptive business practices by keeping your money and does not follow through with awrvices you paid for. Stay away from this place. Continental breakfast is a joke and so is the cleanliness."
