„Nice simple guesthouse for budget travellers. Kind and considerate service - we locked ourself out of the guest house very late at night, and called the number and they helped us straight away. The owner was also kind enough to send back something I left behind in the room by express, and refused me to pay him for the delivery. Nice, friendly people. „We had a group of 10 seniors so it was really really shocking to find out there were about 50 steps from the parking lot to the hotel entrance. The manager offered to help with the luggage as we arrive, but he tried to make an excuse not to do so when we left. The facility was really well maintained (fortunately as shown as the website), rooms were spacious and everything was kept tidy and organized. The breakfast included was quite good, but the set dinner at RMB120/pp almost doubled the price from places at the bottom of the mountain. Staff were all quite sweet, and very supportive when we asked for hot water or so. A quite pleasant experience!”

„come here if you're seeking a moment of peace in the mountains. we had one of the most incredible stays at this hotel, nestled away from the bustle of town, it offered a self contained haven with pool, viewing deck, and a tranquil public area to sip tea or play chess. all the staff were incredibly friendly, eager to offer help, be it a delayed breakfast (which was a delicious well balanced mix of fresh produce and staples), fresh towels for the pool, and recommendations for dinner, as well as expect knowledge on how to navigate the local roads. there would be more photos of food and the atmosphere, but we were too busy enjoying ourselves, will definitely be back!”

„第一次給了個不是滿分的點評，其實是很可惜的，糾結之後還是這麼打分了是真心希望雲跡坡越來越好。民宿環境一流衞生也不錯，住了三晚，老闆娘直接給升級了有露台的視野更好的房型，也是滿滿的好感。不足之處一是設施有些陳舊，床品很乾凈但是有點破洞的床罩真該換換了，電視機屏幕也出現光斑影響效果了；二是早餐有一天衹有麪條，説是有兩個住客要求的，別的沒有準備，以為我們也知道，那麼基本不吃麪條的我能怎麼辦呢，衹能喝點湯吃個蛋對付一下了；三是我們已經告訴了管家不需要打掃房間，所以不要在我們沒要求時擅自進房間，結果一天下午休息時，突然聽到兩下敲門聲我們還沒反應過來就直接有人刷卡開門要進來了！出聲制止後得知是老闆娘母親在巡房，説是看到衞生間燈沒關。雖然她道歉了説不知道房間有人，但這也太無語了吧？客人哪怕不在房間留個燈沒關難道會有什麼影響或危險需要幫客人關燈嗎？何況專門提出了不經允許不要進房間，這點真是很敗了好感。就寫這麼多了，真是希望雲跡坡山居能揚長避短，提升改進，待我們下次來莫干山還能舊地重遊選擇住在更好的這裏。”

„Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.”

老闆非常熱情很隨和，房間特別乾淨，衞生特別好，特別是衞生間看起來很舒服，訂的大床房床單被套也特別柔軟，有問題隨時找老闆，迴應特別快，服務態度也非常好，非常值得推薦。 而且漂流完結束之後，老闆還把他們個人的洗手間借給我們洗澡還給我們拿吹風機。打桌球老闆怕我們熱特地又給我們拿了風扇。準備明年夏天還來住老闆家

第一次來安吉旅遊，精挑細選訂到這家山溝溝美宿，雖然衹入住了一晚，但是令人印象深刻。房間總體衞生整潔，房間寬敞，空調，地暖，排氣，浴缸浴巾浴衣等等該有的都有，還貼心地準備了可以調節温度的飲水機，投影儀是家庭款，不是那種市面上隨手買的，畫面清晰，不容易失焦，投影質量真的很棒，滑雪回來聯繫老闆就有禪意悠閑精緻下午茶送上門，浴缸裏泡個澡，再嗑嗑瓜子喝喝茶炫點水果，很快就能掃空一天玩樂下來的疲憊，第二天早上的早飯我是第一個顧客，老闆娘準備的早飯既豐富又健康，有南瓜，雞蛋，包子，餃子（老闆娘親手包的，料巨多），發糕，水果，養生粥等等。總體而言這家店結合了酒店和民宿的所有優點，讓人有種回到房間就回到家的感覺，老闆一家人很親切，門口養的小狗也格外親人。

這次入住的民宿讓我們一家非常滿意！房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很有格調，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。房東熱情周到，不僅準備了詳細的入住指南，還推薦了周邊不少小眾景點和地道美食，幫我們避開了遊客扎堆的地方。民宿位置也很方便，晚上安靜不吵鬧，還有個小陽台可以喝茶看夜景，體驗感遠超酒店！下次來這邊玩一定會再次選擇這裏，強烈推薦給追求品質和性價比的朋友～

一家人出去旅行，當天訂的房，特別幸運的搶到了老闆放出的套房✌️到達的時候已經是晚上10點多了。酒店環境很不錯，套房打掃的很乾凈，第二天還在露台看到了樹蛙，大家可以去偶遇下😊

Went there with kid and friends, quite clean and the owners are nice. Location wise a bit up in the mountain, but no big deal if you go in the day. Price also ok compared with others. Generally a nice stay. Swimming pool we couldn’t use it as it was still chilly, but looks clean or at least has the filter installed.

The super friendly staff provided excellent service and helpful local tips. The peaceful nature setting was lovely, and the hotel food, incl. BBQ, was delicious, great chef! Rooms were simple; bring your own towel is recommended, also for the pool. Parking was easy with staff assistance. Only downside: noise from the terrace and hallway at night, plus an early rooster. Request for a back-facing room if you're a light sleeper. Highly recommended for the service, food, and location!

為了大麓音樂節一家三口訂的家庭房，室內收拾的蠻整潔，空間也大，小朋友非常喜歡木屋樣式的上下床。別墅後面有一片茶園，自然環境非常棒，充分呼吸新鮮空氣。老闆娘人很熱情，提前幾天加了微信與我們溝通入住時間等，還會根據天氣提醒帶衣服。老闆娘家自己種了茶，正好也想要買點伴手禮，因為是住客所以給了非常優惠的價格。後面有個度假村在建設中，老闆娘説預計6月份開始營業，打算抽空再去玩一趟。

🙋[對於房東，我想説]很熱情，很周到，我們很晚到的，還給我們留了食材，幫我們準備了晚飯。早上還請我吃玉米，新鮮採摘（據説是老闆娘的娘種的😁）很好吃，我們還買了一些回去煮着吃。 ✨[進入房間第一眼]大，空間很大，床很乾凈。很像自己家的那種感覺。 來的太晚了，白天就走了，居然沒有了留下一張美圖。放個漂流照紀念一下。
