„Went with friends and it was beautiful. The rooms were clean, staff was hospitable. Thank you Nico for being attentive, asking us about our dietary needs from the beginning of the trip till the end. We had items that we wanted to keep in the fridge and cook ourselves, and they allowed us to move around in the kitchen with the aunties also helping us. The food we asked for was prepared timely. The location was perfect from downtown, and the accommodation was quiet during the day. The karaoke room was so fun, and we made new friends singing and playing pool. We will be back. „第一次給了個不是滿分的點評，其實是很可惜的，糾結之後還是這麼打分了是真心希望雲跡坡越來越好。民宿環境一流衞生也不錯，住了三晚，老闆娘直接給升級了有露台的視野更好的房型，也是滿滿的好感。不足之處一是設施有些陳舊，床品很乾凈但是有點破洞的床罩真該換換了，電視機屏幕也出現光斑影響效果了；二是早餐有一天衹有麪條，説是有兩個住客要求的，別的沒有準備，以為我們也知道，那麼基本不吃麪條的我能怎麼辦呢，衹能喝點湯吃個蛋對付一下了；三是我們已經告訴了管家不需要打掃房間，所以不要在我們沒要求時擅自進房間，結果一天下午休息時，突然聽到兩下敲門聲我們還沒反應過來就直接有人刷卡開門要進來了！出聲制止後得知是老闆娘母親在巡房，説是看到衞生間燈沒關。雖然她道歉了説不知道房間有人，但這也太無語了吧？客人哪怕不在房間留個燈沒關難道會有什麼影響或危險需要幫客人關燈嗎？何況專門提出了不經允許不要進房間，這點真是很敗了好感。就寫這麼多了，真是希望雲跡坡山居能揚長避短，提升改進，待我們下次來莫干山還能舊地重遊選擇住在更好的這裏。”

„come here if you're seeking a moment of peace in the mountains. we had one of the most incredible stays at this hotel, nestled away from the bustle of town, it offered a self contained haven with pool, viewing deck, and a tranquil public area to sip tea or play chess. all the staff were incredibly friendly, eager to offer help, be it a delayed breakfast (which was a delicious well balanced mix of fresh produce and staples), fresh towels for the pool, and recommendations for dinner, as well as expect knowledge on how to navigate the local roads. there would be more photos of food and the atmosphere, but we were too busy enjoying ourselves, will definitely be back!”

„Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.”

GGośćWe truly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is perfect in every little regard, the location is conveniently right off the road easy to find, the rooms are spacious and well decorated facing the most beautiful view of the mountains, the food exceeded our expectations, and on such hot summer days we especially enjoyed the swimming pool with its deck. GGość自駕休閑度假好去處，老闆還主動幫安排靠泳池的房間。高速堵車比預期晚了一個多小時，到了後幫拿行李送到房間，直接就不想走了，在房間待了半天。不知道民宿的晚餐要提前一天定，老闆介紹附近的餐廳步行很近，吃完溜達回來遊個泳再回房間泡個澡，太愜意了。離瑤塢度假區開車也衹要幾分鐘，很是方便

AAnonimowy użytkownikAmazing view, clean rooms, great service. Didi cars cannot enter the area, so the hotel contacted us and arranged a driver to pick us up from train station (160 RMB). To get around the scenic area there is a shuttle bus that stops at different stops. There is a stop near the hotel. There is nothing to do at the hotel except sip tea, watch TV, stare at the gorgeous scenery if the weather is good. Swimming pool was closed and does not look maintained. Vegetarian breakfast was nice, we were given milk, bread, potato, dumplings, vegetables.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night in this lovely little hotel which is located very conveniently in the centre of the village directly at the valley of Moganshan. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible despite a few communication problems. The breakfast was traditional chinese and tasty. We would happily return any time as the value for money was excellent.
