Powiat Jianshui Inns

When we arrived at the hotel, we were warned that they didn't have a room for us (even though we had a booking) and that we will be upgraded to another hotel. This upgrade management was a bit messy so we lost an hour and had to do some back and forth. However, the other hotel we were in was really stunning, one of the most beautiful we went to in China. The only thing to note is that because it was an old historical building, it was not soundproof at all and there were mosquitos in the room.

Monica is an incredible host, she was helping us for everything. The hotel is really nice, one of the best in China for me. The room is so clean, so comfortable and quiet and the location is in the old city, a very quiet place. We decided to come back because we were feeling so good in Jianshui and in Monica's hotel. Thank you so much.

The boss is super super good, always smiling, and answer all questions. I drove in Yunnan for a month and added n homestays. This boss responded the fastest every time. His small yard is superb. If it is a large family, you can even eat in the small yard. It is very cool to think about it. The rooms are at least two beds in 1.4m, two big and two naps are just right. The quiet location in the middle of noisy, 5 minutes walk to the main street of the ancient city. It is also very close to the parking lot, the boss will pick up the luggage, and the parking fee is also all inclusive. My courier to Jianshui, or trouble the boss to help go to the station to get back. Jianshui is a small city that exceeds expectations, and the transportation is convenient. Next time I come to Yunnan, I want to come to Jianshui and live here.

The hotel premises are clearly 5* ! Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find. Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part. Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist. the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine. Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest. Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

This Inn is very close to the Ximen (WestGate) and is just a few steps away from a popular local well. If coming from Railway Station, take the local bus (think is #19) to the terminal station, West Gate. From there it is just a 2minute walk to the inn. However, I find the East Gate is more busy and more convenient but u can take an electric trolley vehicle in West Gate to the Eadt Gate for just 3Yuan Just note that the toilet is a squatting type, at least my room is.

We've had such a warm welcome, it made us love the city instantly. Not only the hotel staff is very attentionate, the hotel itself is a gem with its beautiful, large and well decorated rooms, the beautiful garden and the perfect location, a couple minutes away from the main street in the old town. We would definitely come back here.

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適比想象中的大，老闆娘特別熱情服務態度很好，設施齊全還是很方便的，贈送的特色烤豆腐也很好吃，而且位置在古城內，特別適合來旅遊的朋友住。很推薦大家來住這家民宿。好評好評好評好評

整棟樓裏全是古董和字畫，對於書畫愛好者簡直天堂！！！床單被褥都很乾凈，房間明亮通透，通風換氣好，上下樓是古建築那種樓梯，有天井，有亭台，喜歡中式古建築的來住吧，不喜歡不理解這種風格的希望不要詆譭。

Pensjonat położony jest w starożytnym mieście, w otoczeniu sklepów i pysznego jedzenia. Bardzo wygodnie jest wybrać się na zakupy po posiłku. Pokój jest czysty, a wyposażenie jest w porządku. Wczesnym rankiem słychać pianie kogutów, jeden po drugim. Szef z entuzjazmem wprowadził parking i odprawę. Niepokoiło mnie to, że samochód stał zaparkowany poza starożytnym miastem i trzeba było wnosić i wywozić bagaże.

We had a great stay at his place. The location couldn't be better, tucked away in a small alley but right in the heart of the ancient town. The owners are very friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable! I'll choose the same hotel again next time I come to Jianshui!
