„經常出遊卻沒怎麼給酒店寫過評價，可能是因為住的店大體都不好不壞，沒什麼出彩的地方，就懶着寫了。現在這個時間孩子們都睡了，我剛吃完酒店提供的燒烤，想給來建水的、需要住宿的遊客推薦下這家酒店。1、服務：文筆家院是一家人共同經營的四合院，老闆娘做的早餐很好吃，晚餐不知道是不是老闆娘做的，味道也不錯。晚上的燒烤也很巴適～前台是老闆的兒子，熱情好客，有需必應，一家人很熱情又不會讓人尷尬2、位置：不在古城裡，但是離古城很近，重點是可以車接車送去古城，不能外賣但是酒店提供跑腿服務3、設施：洗護還不錯，裝修智能4、衞生：住了兩天挺乾淨的他們家很安靜，出遊睡得好真的太重要了，總之，是很愉快的兩天，謝謝你們”

„很好很好很好的一家民宿，我過來這邊考試，這家民宿令我眼前一亮，價格便宜，衞生很乾凈，房間佈局合理，空調也很好，不會開半天沒反應，主要是服務的態度非常好，告知附近的吃的地方，還發微信預祝考試順利，滿分酒店！（補充一點：毛巾浴巾拖鞋都是一次性的，方便衞生！！）沒有任何缺點”

„民宿就在米軌小火車臨安站對面，走路10來分鐘就到古城迎暉門，去朱家花園、文廟等景點很方便，周圍小吃、飯館也多，停車就在民宿門口，關健是民宿真的非常好，設計好、設施好、衞生好、服務周到，房間尤為舒適寬敞安靜。老闆親切友好，詳細介紹獨家旅遊攻略。前台小妹和各位服務員們素質都高，這次來建水的選擇太正確了，強烈推薦。”
