„環境挺好的 就是位置有點偏闢了”

„小區房改造，一層幾户都是酒店房間，為了和朋友住在一户裏方便些，有一間最後調換成小房型，退房時老闆也沒退差價。另外一間房雖然面積大一點，但是洗手間和淋雨都是原本的陽台改的，通房間還沒門，一晚空調都沒把房間打暖，很冷，澡也不敢洗。另外如果車停在酒店前台門口，是要爬一層樓梯進入小區院子裏，然後才能走單元電梯。”
