„The hotel located in the middle of the old town, so its convenient for us to go both ways. Hotel manager is very helpful, they show us where to go dinner since we checkedin at 9pm, and the restaurant she recommended was great. And they allow us to use the room's bathroom till 2pm on the check out date which is great. The room was very clean and no smell on the mattress. The view from the balcony was great. The only down side is you will need to climb some stairs to reach the hotel as the town wont allow cars going in. But it's not a problem for us as we packed light.”

很認真的一次評價，老闆人很好，第一天下午我在北停車場充電，老闆表示可以開車去接我，我想着太麻煩，我就充好電自己開車去南停車場了，順便提一下，客棧離南停車場很近，也靠近烏江畫廊登船入口，很方便，我們去的時候天黑了，不小心走錯了路，下台階時女兒不小心摔倒了，手裡拿着我的玻璃杯手上胳膊上劃了很多口子，流了很多血，有點嚴重，我趕緊給老闆打了電話，他親自帶我去了醫院，忙前忙後，真的很感謝。房間很漂亮很乾凈，孩子很喜歡，晚上坐在陽台上看着烏江真的很愜意。明年有機會我還要來住兩天，還住頂上那件，風景真的漂亮。哦，還有，老闆做的魚相當棒！

和老公20日來一睹龔灘古鎮美景，網上預訂客棧。老闆人很好非常熱情，頂着雨親自到碼頭迎接我們，離店時又親自開車送我們到客運站點，我和老公感動的無以言表。客棧乾淨衞生，設施齊全，環境優美安靜，服務熱情貼心。飯菜可口衞生，價格公道，坐在如詩如畫，如夢如幻的烏江邊，品嚐當地特色早餐，心情無比愉悦！感謝馨怡客棧帶給我們的美好體驗！祝老闆的生意蒸蒸日上，紅紅火火！

停車場離酒店近，但有距離，酒店也沒説來接一下，或者告訴我們可以坐觀光車，或者沿着馬路走，就告訴我們看到個出口走，帶着小孩，拿着行李，頂着大太陽一路爬坡上坎，一路找酒店，屬實有點不安逸，但酒店環境不錯，價格在節假日偏高，但能接受

The room was tidy, clean and big. Everything was great. Perfectly located in the ancient town, it was beautiful and pleasant to take a walk at night. Very close to 桃花园门口, so it was very convenient. The owners were wonderful and helped me in everything I needed it. I am very grateful to them. I would stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

首先，酒店是在酉州古城，酒店門口是步行街，如果跟着導航走停車衹能停在外面的支路上，衹能自己把行李箱爬坡上坎提上去。
其次，酒店環境和視野是不錯的，尤其是晚上。
設施：很差，要説民宿開業時間並不長，但是設施很破舊，浴室門的縫隙大的也太誇張了，洗個澡水流一地。而且房間連電吹風也沒有配，需要專門去前台拿。
服務：到民宿的時候十點過了，停了車不知道民宿在哪裡該怎麼去，給老闆娘打電話，老闆娘很不耐煩。説實話，古城步行街這麼多民宿，絕大部分遊客都是第一次來，誰知道怎麼上去啊，我好歹是第二次來酉陽，但是上次來的時候酉州古城也還在修建。
唯一好評的是房間放了兩瓶景田礦泉水。
