„The accommodation has a very beautiful view. Although the exterior looks traditional and old-fashioned, the rooms inside are very clean, modern, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even helping us take photos and thoughtfully preparing a complimentary tea set for us, which was such a lovely touch. The property is located by the stunning blue Wujiang River, creating a peaceful and memorable atmosphere. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful experience staying here. Highly recommended!”

„環境：距離江邊50米，靠江而建，推開窗簾便是江景，房間很大，淡季出遊性價比真的太高了，下次還會選擇這裏，公區也很大，可以走出去，公區也有很多書可以看，跟着導航直接到車庫，很方便 服務：晚上10點到酒店，剛停好車，老闆就到車庫接我們，我們2家人，還給帶小朋友的家庭升級了房間，真的特別好，而且還送了小朋友的早餐，超級感謝老闆，第二天起來老闆給我們做的冬菜麪，加了一個超大煎蛋，老闆的手藝太好了，讓我一個不愛吃麪的都吃光了。 衞生：房間超級乾淨整理，裝修風格簡單，玻璃都擦的超級乾淨，必須狠狠拍幾張 交通：重慶過來的話，推薦順路住這裏，比古鎮好，古鎮很多酒店民宿需要步行進去，不是很方便，我看了很多裝修沒有這個好，而且不一定全看江 下次還來，必須還來”

„Every time I went to Xiangyang, I lived in Hanting (Huazhu Club), and I felt old and changed to the opposite hotel. This time I came to Xiangyang, my friend told Hanting to decorate a new look, and stayed in the mentality of trying. The result exceeded expectations. The card elevator solved the noisy problems such as idle people. The smart robot for coffee delivery was very private and safe. Nice, the aisle carpet and the room were completely new. Electric curtains, large screen TV, tea table and table in the room, computer office is very convenient, semi-smart toilet, smart door lock is very user-friendly, the hotel front desk and service staff always smile and serve with care. Overall, several grades have been improved, and will come again next time!”

„Lovely local minsu overlooking the river n mountain.  The minsu was located on the walking street not far from the jetty when we arrived from wulong.   The lady host was welcoming n helpful in accommodating our request for late lunch n non spicy cooking. There is a rocking chair in the balcony that looks into the calming river n mountain.  It is misty in the evening n early am. It was a comfortable stay w lovely view.”

„I was very impressed with the hotel. When I first arrived at the hotel, there was a security guard to guide us to park. The hotel's parking lot was very large. The front and back were all in front. Entering the hotel, the lobby was very clean, and the cleaning aunt cleaned. The front desk saw the guests coming in and said hello. The service attitude was warm. After the check-in, The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, the room is fully equipped, there is a full-length mirror, and the TV inside will automatically broadcast fire knowledge, enter the brain in a strange way, it is really interesting hotel, will come next time”

„Unlike most guesthouses in Gongtan, Zuiyuelou is located outside the main Gongtan Ancient Town, making it accessible by car. This is especially helpful if you are chartering a car as it allows drivers to drop guests off directly at the doorstep, sparing them the hassle of carrying luggage and climbing multiple flights of stairs to reach accommodations within the town. Only permitted vehicles are allowed in the town area. There are also eateries nearby that stay open late. We checked in around 10 p.m. and stayed for one night to visit the ancient town the next day. The room was unusually cold, and although their staff helped us adjust the heater settings, it did not seem to work throughout the night. We only discovered the reason the next morning: both the room and bathroom windows, hidden behind curtains, had been left slightly open. Given the winter temperature of around 5°C, this was quite surprising and suggested a lack of attention from housekeeping. Once we closed the windows, the room temperature returned to normal, but unfortunately we were checking out shortly after. We raised the issue during checkout but the receptionist didn’t seem very concerned or apologetic. We had paid extra for a river-view room but were disappointed. The windows were not clean, and the view did not match the photos. Rather than a clear river view, we mainly saw rooftops, as the property is some distance from the river. Facilities also appeared poorly maintained. The toilet bowl had a lingering urine smell, and entertainment options on the TV box were limited due to expired accounts. Breakfast was included but it wasn’t a buffet spread as stated in the other reviews as it is off peak season (the cook told us that there were insufficient guests.) Lastly, this is not the guesthouse’s fault, but loud explosive noise (firecrackers and fireworks?) in the area throughout the night significantly affected our sleep.”
