客棧地處鬧市旁的小弄堂裏，可謂鬧中取靜，設施、衞生過得去，但衞生間乾濕是一體的，隔音也差一點。外面的馬路邊有車位可以免費停車，旁邊有各種店鋪，挺方便的。離四明湖開車僅幾分鐘吧！

號稱低8度，確實感覺比外面涼爽些，特別是早晚。門前就有小溪，非常清澈，很適合皮划艇，釣魚，也適合水性不錯的朋友遊個野泳，哈哈。説一下民宿。老闆同時還經營702和鎮上的那個音樂餐吧，所以感覺有點忙不過來，前台經常看不到人。早餐一般，晚飯燒的蠻好吃的，特別是她家的土雞煲，強力推薦！房間蠻大，也很乾凈，洗澡水有點小。皮划艇收費有點小貴，前台的音響衹能放音樂不能唱歌（説是沒話筒），其他娛樂也很少。總體還算滿意。

房間大，乾淨。位置不在樑弄鎮中心，但是自駕無所謂，門口停車方便，進出也比鎮上容易（節假日鎮中心堵車，堵車，堵車）。過了馬路就是沿湖路，可以走走。因為沿主路，路上有減速帶，晚上九點車子少了之後就安靜了。建議老闆以後有能力把沿馬路的房間上個雙層窗隔音就更完美了。

房間很大，很乾凈。門口可以停車，驛站有自己的餐廳，點了兩個菜，麻煩工作人員給送到房間，味道不錯。因為非週末，第二天估計衹有我一個用早餐，所以阿姨給炒了蛋炒飯，一個本地特有的筍衣湯，挺不錯。

老闆服務態度很好，會提前打電話確認到店時間，附近很多小吃店，挨着菜市場很熱鬧，房間很乾凈，新裝修的，但是打掃阿姨和老闆進門前不敲門直接進，被嚇到了兩次，這是從未遇到過的情況。

晚上訂後來打擾，下車後即到了山莊，老闆幫提行李登幾十步台階到客房，小巧妙是我住的這間是寬暢明亮的白頂藍牆，沉靜大氣的灰色木紋地板。房間裏備有書，我另請桌椅讀書，老闆第二天給送來了。客房依青山傍凈水，寧靜清涼，環境隱幽不偏僻，道路通暢無繁華，獨家多院氣場不孤寡，近四明山小學與幼兒園無煩雜，遁世離塵淡泊物慾。
