„When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip.”

„Positives: - centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner) - fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food - amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed - eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request) - Room clean and functional - separate shower and bath tub - international electrical socket Negatives - bath towels could be thicker - lack of face towel - no hair conditioner - my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)”

„Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.”
