„Very good services with excellent and friendly front desk staffs, mainly the young lady LuLu. The room is very clean with very comfortable bed. 10~15 minutes walking distance and very convenient to Wuyuan train station. In general speaking, the hotel does match the Sheraton and Marriott standards. I will definitely stay in the same hotel , if I will come back to the same area. I will recommended to my other friend to stay in this hotel. Hope they will keep the same qualities.”

Every staff member greets you warmly, and their service is incredibly attentive, making guests feel very comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is excellent. It's only a 2-3 minute drive from Wuyuan High-Speed Rail Station, where you can catch buses to various attractions, which is super convenient. It's also very close to Wunüzhou and Xiangao Ancient City, just a 7-8 minute taxi ride. This homestay truly made my trip even more enjoyable. „This was a great choice for the trip! I went to Huangling with my sister and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located right at the scenic area. Service is amazing! There is a car that brings you to the reception area right after you take the cable car. After checking in, one of the staff brought us to our room and he also gave us some information about the area, including activities and shows we might be interested in watching. Our original room was not yet ready so they gave us another room. The view was just as great and even when we decided to stay indoors due to the heat outside, we could still enjoy the view of the area with the chilis being dried outside the rooftops.”

„Had a wonderful stay at the resort. It is a short 10 min DIDI ride from Wuyuan railway station, or you can choose to take a bus instead. Here is what i will do, if i am going back there again. 1. Have an early lunch and arrive at the resort early afternoon. 2. Spend the rest of the day touring the resort and taking lots of photos. 3. Enjoy the free live performance at 5pm and go for dinner. 4. Then get ready for their night events lined up for us 5. Spend the next day on a day trip to nearby villages (Have to book our own tours and make our own arrangements for this) 6. Depends on which part of the resort you are staying at, adjust your timing. Because the breakfast is something like in the middle of the resort. And the distance from the restaurant to the entrance is a little bit far, so might be a bit rush, depending on what is the pick up time for your tour 7. Enjoy the night activities again 8. Watch their live performance at the main theatre at 8pm (This one need to pay) The resort really comes to life from mid afternoon. In the morning, most of the shops are not open. The main food street opens from evening time, and there is a karaoke bar in another street. From mid afternoon , there are already various activities to do. The 2 performances i mentioned above, is the ones at the main theatre And last but most important , the number 1 activity i will super highly recommend , is to go for the tui na massage. In fact, i recommend that should be your first thing to do upon arrival, and if time permits , the last thing you do before departure All in all, will visit again to enjoy what the resort has to offer”

„I was captivated by the Song-dynasty-style decor when I saw the photos and videos! Upon arrival, I found it to be even more stunning than in the pictures!!! As soon as I entered the lobby and saw the real thing, countless photo opportunities came to mind 😂. Entering the room, all three of us couldn't help but exclaim, ”Wow~!” This time, we stayed in a family room with a large bed plus a small tatami bed, which comfortably accommodated all three of us. The projector in the room was perfect for reviewing photos after a day of happy snapping – it was an absolute blast! Pulling back the curtains, a whole row of golden rain trees stood outside the floor-to-ceiling window. Nestled on the sofa, quietly listening to music and admiring the view, I felt an incredible sense of peace. The guesthouse owner also provided some travel tips, including recommendations for local stir-fry restaurants that were absolutely fantastic and authentic, with no misses. They were so delicious, I only regretted not having a 128GB stomach!”

Our stay at the Floral Hotel in Wuyuan was lovely and unforgettable . The family that owns and manages the homestay is extremely kind and attentive. As Europeans, we were very disoriented and had lots of requests and doubts. Lily, the daughter of the family, who speaks English, helped us in any possible way and never made us feel as if we were being difficult. Her mother cooks meals with ingredients straight out of her garden and with locally farmed meat. Thanks to her, we tasted the delicious wuyuan cuisine, with homemade recipes that are far from the stereotypical dishes we eat in Europe. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the Homestay is. It is located in a small village which might not be a ticketed scenic area, but it’s extremely charming and authentic. You wake up and walk by the river where women are washing clothes by hand in the water. The village feels frozen in time. The house was built by the family’s grandfather, and is the most exquisite building we have seen throughout our trip in China. Beautifully preserved, and every corner is decorated with taste and attentiveness, even the lighting in the room is carefully curated. We stayed in December, and if you are travelling in winter we recommend the smaller room upstairs. It gets much warmer than the bigger room on the ground floor. The room is a real gem, the bed is very comfortable and the small windows overlook the characteristic roofs of the village. We will always cherish our time spent here, and we will recommend the Homestay to all our friends who will visit China, I’d say it is worth coming to Wuyuan just to stay here.

This was the second homestay we stayed at during our Jiangxi tour, and we were truly impressed by its smart home features and Muji-style design. A big thank you to the lady owner for her warm hospitality and generosity—she even gave us a free room upgrade so I could take better care of my elderly dad. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and helped carry our luggage to our room. Not only that, but she also personally guided us to Wunuzhou, which is just a five-minute walk from the homestay—a very convenient location. After our visit, she kindly offered us a free car ride back since the weather was extremely cold. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Afterward, the lady owner recommended a sightseeing spot, and the boss himself drove us to Moon Bay. Later, he even took us to buy some souvenirs, all free of charge. We had read great reviews about the homestay’s food, so we decided to book lunch there—and it exceeded our expectations! The home-style cooking was absolutely delicious, and we loved the cozy, authentic flavors. Our children especially loved the smart home features and didn’t want to leave! But unfortunately, we had to continue our journey to the next destination. Overall, this homestay provided exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and a truly memorable experience. I got the top floor room with a big glass wall overlooking the garden. Equipment was new, room was spacious. However, its location was not convenient at all. Though it was less than 1km from the back entrance to Huangling village (via Laixin glass bridge), the way to get there was remote, dark and steep which is often used by local people other than visitors. Be mindful that the ticket to Huangling is single entry only. The homestay is not accessible by cars. I was picked up by a small 3-wheel vehicle

Hello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night. The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry. The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice. After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again. The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng. The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture. We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

We had the best time in this stay, the lady was so kind to us that we feel like we had no way to give back the attention and care she provide for us during our stay. The location of this house is perfect, providing amazing views of the city river and fields around. We had breakfast and lunch which the aunt cooked beautifully and was some of the best food we had in China so far! The room was very artsy, comfortable with nice linens and towels, good water temperature and pressure, and you could see there was a lot of attention to detail. We had a problem with our taxi driver not being able to receive our payment due to international card restrictions and the lady was so kind to help us without asking for anything in return, we will never forget. Also she spoke a little English which is very helpful!! We hope to come again and stay for longer. 💗🙏

The hotel staff were sweet and helpful. They offered a tea service for guests, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel owner used to run a tea factory before opening the hotel, so the tea they serve is their own in-house production. When they served it, it wasn’t just a cup of tea handed to us, but they led us to the seating area, sat down, and prepared the tea right there for us. We could slowly sip and savor it until the flavor faded. If you come here, you can enjoy it as soon as you arrive or later (we arrived in the afternoon but saved it for the next morning). Another thing that really impressed me was the room, which was much nicer than I expected from the pictures. I was traveling with older family member, and they absolutely loved the room. It felt spacious and cozy thanks to its design and layout. At first, I thought we might have been upgraded, but it didn’t seem so—this was the original room I had booked. The hotel grounds are also quite spacious. Some of the buildings are designed with traditional Chinese architecture, and there’s a garden on a hillside at the back that took us around 30 minutes to walk through. As for the breakfast, it was decent—plenty of food, though the variety was fairly standard. Still, I’ve got to say this again—the tea served at the hotel was great. They even gave us a box of tea leaves when we checked out! If you’re coming from the train station, it’s easy to reach the hotel by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and routes 2, 3, and 520 pass by. However, buses stop running fairly early, with the last ones around 5–6 PM. Conveniently, the bus stop has a QR code you can scan to track the buses in real time.

Disappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest. The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️) There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby. The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it. One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way. Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

Facilities: Complete Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are also large. Each room has its own private hot spring bath with a tub for relaxing. Very friendly to travelers. The surrounding environment is beautiful. The room has a small balcony, which is suitable for barbecues, etc. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was also delicious. A very satisfying stay!

We came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages. We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too! Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms. It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained. I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me! The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain. This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.
