朋友推薦入住的，確實很不錯，酒店在竇州里的對面，很好找，房間看着整整齊齊乾乾淨淨一塵不染的真心喜歡，工作人員接待快速響應，辦理入住很快熱情有禮貌，前台有自助茶飲，酒店有免費停車很方便。

房間的視野真的太棒了，大大的落地窗正對着江景，無論是白天的波光粼粼，還是夜晚的燈火璀璨，都讓人心曠神怡。房間內部乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，躺在床上就能欣賞美景，感覺整個旅途的疲憊都被治癒了

服務：前台服務熱情，遺漏東西會及時通知 設施：早餐是代金劵形式，是在樓下的酒樓喝早茶那種，吃多少點多少，超過就會另外補錢，到是代金劵足以夠一個早上的早餐。爸媽都很喜歡這種早茶形式的早餐。早餐出品還可以。 環境：在市內，離景區稍微有點遠，但是找吃的話還相對比較方便

前台服務特別棒！之前就預訂過這家酒店，住得很舒適，所以這次再次預訂了，這邊離上班地方近，也是周邊性價比最高的酒店，尚客優也是老品牌了，經濟型連鎖酒店，衞生什麼比同等價位酒店要住的更放心，更舒心，服務更好，服務質量更高，住了很多次 ，已經是這邊的老顧客了，設施也齊全，位置便利，總的來説，各方面都不錯，值得入住！

掛牌4星果然不是虛名，乾淨衞生，有挺大的地下停車場，門口停車也方便。訂酒店時備註了無煙和安靜，前台辦理入住時都非常專業的安排好了。空調製冷效果很好，衹是聲音稍大一點。床上加鋪了墊子很舒服。離酒店700米有個玉都公園（爬山鍛鍊的好地方），酒店位置好周邊吃的很多選擇，特別推薦酒店二樓的餐廳，早餐有正宗的廣式早茶，推車式，品種多，現在有85折優惠，可以去體驗。

五一假期來玩，人不多，在當地算中檔偏上的吧，優點是衞生做的不錯，服務響應快；地理位置好。 缺點：假期晚上七點多辦入住，説是每天滿房阿姨忙不贏，布草還沒有準備好，在房間等了半小時弄好了；早餐非常一般，選擇不多；空調聲音大；泡池在陽台，晚上蟲子多；游泳池看起來水不是很乾凈

We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food. Moreover, the lady's service attitude was really good. The two ladies who helped with the check-in at the front desk were also very good. I don't know why my room card couldn't be swiped in, and she immediately went upstairs with me, saying that in case it couldn't be opened again, she would go upstairs with you~ Overall, the service was very good. I gave the hotel a little suggestion on the equipment and facilities. I believe that the ”AVANI” brand hotel will get better and better. At least it is good to give guests a warm and heartwarming attitude. 😌 Next time I come to Xinyi, I will continue to choose Huajian Avani Hotel

前台和樓層的服務都好熱情啊[玫瑰]已經是這裏的熟客了，經常住這裏，這裏位於市中心，吃喝玩樂一條龍，停車又方便，叫外賣直接送到房間，早上還有自助早餐。有些房間有影音房，還有搖籃，超級舒服[色][色]性價比好高的酒店，真的值得你們來體驗

房間狹窄，兩個人住都覺得很擁擠了，1.8米大床房一轉身就是洗手間了，窗户是對着旁邊的人家的房子的，原價一百多，在攜程87塊錢，訂了個“豪華1.8米大床房”，説實話，在外地87塊住的公寓酒店都比信宜大部分的要好，並不是説這家不好，是大部分都比不上外地的同價位的，住了兩次這個酒店，第一次是1.5米豪華房，也是一轉身就是廁所了，衹不過有個落地大窗户對着醫院就感覺窗户大點好環境些。

國慶2287一晚，人比較多，酒店接待能力很差。 1: 從村裡開上酒店是一條很窄的盤山公路，大概40分鐘車程，山路特別難開 2: 到了酒店停車場等了好久才有電瓶車來接，帶娃行李很多大家都爭先恐後搶着上車，衹有一名工作人員無暇維持秩序 3: 自助餐廳的餐盤都是水，摸上去還有點油，那個煎牛排的鐵板很久沒洗刷的樣子，煎出來的牛扒焦黑（按理應是邊煎邊颳走黑焦） 4: 公區温泉池的水很渾濁 總之除了自然環境，酒店完全不值這個價，就當是國慶翻倍了 除了前台一個小哥比較專業，其他人好像都沒有接受過專業培訓（安凡尼的招牌估計就是用來打廣告的）
