„It's worth the money to stay in Dongchengli! Superb! It's clean and just walking distance to the restaurants and tea houses. The staffs are polite, very attentive and helpful. If you're into modern / smart technologies (smart curtain, tv, shower and lightings), yet you want to mix it with traditional Chinese style of inns or villa, then it's the place to stay. I guess it's too modern for me haha, I can feel the energy pressure of staying in a smart room, I get lots of static electricity, not sure if it's because I meditate too. I have an electric/magnetic field meter with me, I was so busy that I forgot to measure the room's field. As in, few fallen hair won't fall off my jacket. Thus, I stay most of the time, outside the room. They have a nice swing and a tea area with free biscuits & tea. I didn't get the chance to play with their full tea set. They have a lovely cute parrot and 2 cats! They provide free disposable toothbrush & toothpaste, hairbrush, slippers and yes, I found disposable towels too, not sure what kind of towel - I didn't open it yet, might try it in airport shower.”

„週末來忻州玩，看了下忻州酒店還是選擇了希爾頓惠庭，主要原因就是大品牌值硬件和服務都是統一的有保障，還有就是新酒店設施都是全新的，雖然價格有點偏高但是一切都是值得。 位置 位於市中心火車站旁邊，由於市內火車站基本上都是普速車，因此客流量不大，這附近不會很喧鬧，不過火車站正對面道路有學校工作日放學時候大概比較擁堵。 酒店附近餐飲相對不是特別豐富，但是2至3公里開始就變多了，一些比較不錯的餐廳集中於古城那邊。酒店距離古城北門大約三公里，古城南門四公里，打車去很便宜。 酒店自帶停車場充電樁，面積不算小，直接進入，每次出去前台掃碼可免費，非常適合自駕，一路進城也基本都是大路。 房間 希爾頓惠庭酒店裝修風格和設施基本上都是統一的，包括舒適的床，沙發圓桌寫字枱椅子等等基本上如出一轍。房間沒有設定語音功能依靠按鍵也挺方便，房間內設定大量插座非常便捷，寫字枱牆上的是不間斷插座。酒店配備了洗菜池、冰箱和微波爐，尤其是冰箱非常強悍，製冷效果最厲害甚至可以冷凍。房間儲物設施超多還有掛燙機和熨衣板。 酒店淋浴房非常大，出水量和水温都沒有令人失望。 早餐 早餐設定在十一層，7點開始，早餐以中式形式，主要構成是幾道熱菜主食、中式檔口的餛飩、餄絡麪、傳統麪條等，輔助冷盤、西式點心、炸物等等。不過經過兩個早晨發現酒店早餐幾乎沒有變化，菜單幾乎完全一樣。當然個人感覺早餐還是不錯的。 公共設施 酒店一層佈局了非常大的公共區域，包括惠庭特色的辦公區域甚至有自助打印機自助茶水區，這裏可以讓商務辦公直接開展，也可以讓人歇歇腳，個人就特別喜歡這樣的公共區域。 服務 服務是非常到位，入住當天提前打電話詢問入住時間。每次早餐期間服務員都會禮貌的詢問昨晚休息的如何，有沒有什麼建議或者意見。可以看得出惠庭對於客人的反饋非常重視。 作為忻州市中現階段大概是新開業最好的酒店了，惠庭價格算不上太合適，但是提供的設施和服務應該是和價格相符合的，選擇品牌主要是因為品牌的統一培訓統一風格能夠控制，至少不會踩雷。”

„認真寫一段評價，3月21號那個週末一家五口去忻州古城玩，在桃花島訂的房。桃花島距離忻州西站十幾分鍾車程，很好找。我們定了一個複式，一個平層，“文魁”複式屋還帶個小院，泡湯的池子可把窗子打開，身體泡在熱水中，鼻子吸着小涼氣，美哉。兩間房的泡湯池子都比想象的大很多，我們還建議店家更新一下平台上的圖片，宣傳圖片沒有體現出湯池的大小。 店家像照顧親戚一樣照顧着每個客人，剛到達時，介紹古城方向，推薦遊玩路線，還貼心地給我們裝上水，帶上紙巾。離店時，告訴我們怎麼定位叫車，幫我們和司機溝通。 總之，週末玩得很好。古城不大，但物價合理，美食太多，給人一種很温馨的感覺。”

„設施：新開業的酒店設施很新 智能家居窗簾 獨立衞浴，有小冰箱，不太隔音，老年人晚上上廁所能聽到別的房間年輕人説話的聲音，走廊裏和一樓大廳空調不好很冷，室內空調温度還好入住不冷 洗澡水很熱，停車場在酒店院子裏車位緊張，車距窄 新手和停車技術不好的不建議院內停車 ，健身房門要密碼裏面黑的不開燈 沒進去 衞生：床單上有頭髮 沒拍照片 不知道床品是否一客一換 ，建議提升一下 環境：酒店位置很好 出門幾百米就是老忻州菜館當地人也去吃飯要排隊。用餐方便。 服務：高檔榜的酒店均價600的家庭房早餐沒有咖啡，連咖啡機都沒有。放麥片的勺子在麥片罐子裏挺不衞生的，麥片機也沒有。早餐整體品質來説麪條老年人喜歡。值得表揚的是有師傅幫忙拿行李上樓，工作人員見了客人主動打招呼 總體來説酒店評分比實際情況高了一些。高檔酒店榜上的酒店應該更好一些”

„I went out with my friends and chose the newly opened Atour on the West Station. I didn't expect the stay to be great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good. Some hotels did not have a cold air system during the formal summer, but the hotel in Atour had it and it was very intimate. Each of the service staff was intimate and thoughtful. At that time, the receptionist Yi Ran An Heze was very good. After that, every staff member was very friendly and smiling during the store. The breakfast during the stay was rich, because the occupancy rate was very high during May 1st, the number of restaurants was relatively large, but the order was very good, the staff turned over the table quickly, and the store manager also did it himself during the period, whether it was the reception or in the restaurant. There is also a shuttle bus to the ancient city. If you want to go to the ancient city, you can also experience it if you don't have a parking space. In short, I am really satisfied with a stay experience.”

„This time, I brought my mom to Xinzhou specifically for the hot springs. First of all, the location is excellent; it's very convenient to get a taxi in the old town, and the hotel provides a shuttle service within the old town. We booked a family room, but the receptionist upgraded us to a detached villa. I highly recommend this villa if you're traveling with family. It's very convenient for parents with its upstairs and downstairs layout, and the rooms are incredibly photogenic. If you're particular about hotel photos, this is the place to go. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs are great for pictures. My mom, who has legs that aren't great, said the pure hot spring water was very soothing. And the service! The service was exceptionally good. The receptionists, Pengpeng, Xiaoxiao, Lailai, and several other staff members whose names I don't remember, were all incredibly helpful. We didn't have to lift a finger with our luggage during our stay. They were available 24/7, and when we left, they even lined up to see us off – it was so incredibly heartwarming! I'll definitely go back to Xinzhou to stay at Anmita again.”

„酒店亮點與槽點並存 此次入住該酒店，先説説值得肯定的地方。地理位置十分優越，周邊商業配套豐富，購物吃飯很方便，尤其對面就是老忻州飯館，想吃當地風味出門即達，這點很加分。另外，酒店工作人員態度親切熱情，有需求時響應積極，服務意識值得認可。 不過體驗中也有明顯槽點，讓人略感失望。一是工作人員業務熟練度有待提升，提前溝通好的入住需求未能落實——不僅未預留好提前入住的房間，特意要求的“遠離電梯”房型，實際卻被安排在電梯旁，夜間電梯運行噪音影響休息。二是硬件動線設計存在嚴重短板，作為標稱五星的酒店，大堂到地下車庫僅有一個出口，且需走台階，更不合理的是該通道還為垃圾清運與客人通行共用，既不方便攜帶行李的旅客，也與五星酒店的衞生標準和服務定位嚴重不符，體驗感大打折扣。 早上出門還被鐵架子擋住了樓道出口，沒有人在現場看管。 整體而言，酒店在區位和服務態度上有優勢，但在細節執行和硬件規劃上，與五星標準的差距明顯，期待後續能針對性改進。”

GGośćA really beautiful place to stay in the quiet mountains of Wutaishan. The hotel was tastefully appointed and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. There was a Marshall speaker which was a really nice touch. The services were super attentive and personal: Manager Chen and his team were very friendly and highly accommodating. They made sure that I had everything I needed for my daily expeditions, drove me to all the temples and monasteries (within reasonable distances of course) that I wanted to visit every morning and picked me up in the evening back to the hotel. My stay there was so lovely that I extended it for two more days, which was still far from enough! The hotel restaurant was also very nice. Food was of superior quality and the ambience was lovely.

WWong Jee HengMy wife and me stayed there for 5 nights in Oct/Nov 2025. The location is good and away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities. It’s in a quiet location and you can do your hikes up to 凤林禅寺, one of the rare few operating monastery with quietness and serenity in the area. The staff there are friendly, welcoming and professional. Room was cleaned thoroughly and the snacks in the room replenished daily. Their vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner is simply awesome. I look forward to it everyday. The chef 赵师傅 is a master in creating delicious vegetarian meals. The other staff worth mentioning are 茵茵,阿文,宝珠and小王. The only thing they can improve on is to consider installing a self-service laundry room with a dryer. Will return if I’m visiting 五台山again.

GGuest UserMy stay at Futiandahua Rain Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! First off, the location is superb, right inside the ancient city. It's super close to where they do the iron flower show, which, by the way, is an absolute must-see. I'm getting on in years, but watching that show brought tears to my eyes; I was so moved by the performers' dedication and the incredible spectacle they put on. It's clear the hotel owner pays incredible attention to detail. My two girlfriends and I stayed in a triple room, and from the moment we walked into the lobby, we were gushing over the hotel's ambiance, the staff, and the room's decor. Every little detail was thoughtfully done. Even when we were heading out to explore the ancient city, the front desk proactively offered us a pack of tissues to take with us. The room itself was a standalone unit, so it was incredibly quiet. They delivered coffee and afternoon tea daily, and the fruit plate in the room was fresh. There was also a cooler in the lobby with bottled water available for guests. The whole room was smart-enabled with XiaoDu (a smart assistant), and the shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area. Oh, one small thing: the trash can in the bathroom was a bit too small; I hope they can improve that. The private hot spring was amazing. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to soak in the hot spring and chat was just pure bliss.

GGośćCozy place with friendly, authentic and unassuming staff. Hotel is newly renovated so facilities are very new and well maintained. Comes with smart automation. But what’s good to me is it’s spacious clean and comfortable. At wutaishan, you want a place to rest and reflect after a day of visiting and praying. This is a good place to do that overseeing the forest by the window and drinking tea.  The boss takes care of the guests. Staff is hardworking and willing. Breakfast is great. Everyone is smiling and happy there as a big family which gives very positive and good vibes.  If u r looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend here. Yes there’s a need to call for a transport down from the hill to the bus station but it’s very convenient then walking non stop :)

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

AAnnie PBPMy room was spotless—so clean and fresh, and completely non-smoking, which was a huge plus. I loved relaxing in the bathtub while taking in the view. Breakfast was a solid win with varieties of options, both international and Chinese. My favorite part was the freshly squeezed juice —such a nice touch! The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also great, especially the spicy chicken dish. If you like bold flavors, it's a must-try. The hotel offers four mineral hot bath pools, which looked super clean. They do come at an extra charge, but they seem worth it if you're looking to unwind. Speaking of relaxation, the spa was amazing! The lady massager was incredibly kind, helping me with my lower back pain after a long week of traveling. She even shared a tip—walking backward to ease the pain! The only downside was that during the spring season, there’s no air conditioning. If the room gets a bit warm, you’ll need to open the window for cooler air. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place!

GGośćWholeheartedly recommend this place. It is clean and comfortable, with really modern showers/barhrooms. Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant). Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

Zawsze rozdawał nam butelki z napojami, gdy opuszczaliśmy hotel. Pomógł nam zarezerwować vana do 5 tarasów na górze Wutaishan. I pomógł nam zarezerwować samochód na jednodniową wycieczkę poza centrum, do świątyń, do których nie można dojechać publicznymi autobusami (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 itd.). Rezerwacja samochodu na półdniową wycieczkę kosztuje 300 RMB, na cały dzień 500 RMB. Zaleca się rezerwację samochodu, mniej chodzenia pod górę, kierowca może zaparkować samochód bezpośrednio na parkingu świątyń. Kciuk w górę dla usług hotelowych! Dziękujemy! Mieliśmy wspaniałą i niezapomnianą wycieczkę.

GGośćOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower. The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly. The hotel is also close to the central bus station. The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were. She then helped us to get our partial redunds. And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong. She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away. So top marks for her customer service The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast ) We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel
