„Love the ocean view room, however they gave me a room on the second floor and they are always taxi waiting outside and sometimes the diver smokes and it gets into the room. There are a microwave, stove (no pots/pans, cutlery and tableware), fridge and a washing machine (you can turn the shower area into a dryer by using the setting) available in the room. Detergent can be purchased for 100yen from the front desk. I used the paid parking (1000 yen) as it was raining - the parking area next to it is for hospital visitors, park at your own risk. Location wise, you will need a car to get around. Or else, metered taxi are easily available as it is right next to a hospital. You will need to drive out most of the time, as the restaurants nearby are very limited and closes early. There is no access to beach as it is a sea wall. Take note of the check in time as it opens till 8pm only.”

Po dniu pełnym wrażeń można wrócić do hotelu i skorzystać z kąpieli w gorących źródłach, która kosztuje 1650 jenów za osobę i można z niej korzystać wielokrotnie. Wstęp jest do godziny 10:00 następnego dnia. Śniadanie w hotelu jest obfite, a wystrój jest bardzo świeży. Pieczona wieprzowina w hotelu jest droższa niż japońskie jedzenie, więc jest mniej osób ją jedzących, ale jakość mięsa jest bardzo dobra. Pieczona wieprzowina z Okinawy w japońskim jedzeniu jest pyszna, a sos też jest pyszny po zmieszaniu z ryżem. Podróż taksówką z lotniska do hotelu kosztowała około 30 000 jenów i trwała około 1 godziny i 40 minut. Poza tym, że taksówka była droższa, nie było w tym nic złego.”

„We enjoyed it so much! The view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was spacious and had almost everything necessary. The breakfast was so diverse and delicious. They also have a free shuttle bus to the emerald beach and Chaurumi aquarium.”

„Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!””

„The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.”

„The entrance to the room was stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was conveniently a ten-minute drive from the aquarium, with a shuttle service also available. Many nearby dining options were available, and the sea views were lovely. We chose not to have breakfast due to the price 3300 yen. Free parking was plentiful. However, we did find that the air conditioning could be improved, as a setting of 20 degrees was insufficiently cool. Additionally, the pool's operating hours (9 AM to 6 PM) seemed somewhat limited, and the gym could benefit from additional strength training equipment. However, I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.”

„This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel locates near the ocean park and the Motobu Watersports Centre, about 1.5 hours driving from Naha. The room is not luxury but tidy and clean, it was spaciously equipped with 2 beds as well as a tatami area. Breakfast here is simple but good enough. We think it is excellence for kids because they can meet horses, goats, dolphins, sea turtles, fishes and birds in the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Motobu Genki Village - a watersports centre. We enjoyed canoeing last time and enjoyed sailing this time. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa.”

„抵達時間已經很晚了，櫃檯人員已經下班，但有把鑰匙留在房間內，並在櫃檯留張紙條，讓我們清楚的知道如何check in，房間內非常的滿意！要不是隔天一早出發很想再繼續待在房間內，所有設備都有，有瓦斯、洗衣機、浴缸等，窗外還能看到海，天氣雖然沒有很好但外面景色很優美！離水族館的距離更是最大優點，開車3分鐘就抵達，早上不用跟別人人擠人的看鯨鯊，悠閒的起床很快就抵達水族館！”

„В целом неплохой отель. Местоположение не супер удачное из-за сложности перемещения через мост без машины (автобусов там нет) и отсутствия поблизости круглосуточных магазинов с едой. Комната абсолютно белая, я чувствовала себя в ней как в госпитале. Подушка неудобная и кондиционер работает плохо, зато холодильник очень громкий, я не могла там нормально спать и просыпалась каждые 1,5-2 часа. Сняла другой отель в итоге, потеряв оплату за две забронированные ночи, но зато в другом отеле я смогла нормально выспаться. К персоналу никаких претензий, очень дружелюбные девушки.”

„Location is great for visiting aquarium since it’s just next door. There’s Lawson beside the hotel just 5 minutes walk. Hotel is quite old compared to its price. Not many choice of food for Breakfast.”
