The third-floor viewing deck had amazing scenery, with a beautiful blue pool and lovely tables and coffee tables. The view was expansive, perfect for seeing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and made for some fantastic photos.”

Pomogli mi również zarezerwować bilety na górę śnieżną i potwierdzić lokalizacje DIDI. Zamówili również lekarstwo ze apteki, bo nie wiedziałem, jak to zrobić. „Mieliśmy pokój z wanną z fascynującym widokiem na góry. Jednak lokalizacja hotelu nie jest najlepsza, ale taksówka jest tania. „I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.”

Location walking distance to Baisha Ancient Town and just a short drive if you take Didi. I took Didi to Yulong Snow Mountain from this hotel. Welcome fruits, complimentary breakfast and gifts are so thoughtful. I get to taste local snack, fruit and delicacies. For vegetarian or muslim traveller, you can request vegetarian option for breakfast. Staff really accommodating. Overall, they are really welcoming. I would love to come back again. \( ˆoˆ )/”

„My daughter and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. The biggest selling point of the hotel is the location. It is a 2 to 3 minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town, where we were spoilt for choices in terms of food. We were able to see an unblocked view of the Yulong Snow Mountain from hotel's rooftop. We managed to catch the sunrise from the rooftop and the view was spectecular! Breakfast was rather tasty and the reception staff also gave suggestions on where we should visit. The room was extremely spacious - no worries about tripping over luggages! However, our laundry experience was not the best as the dryer took several hours to dry our clothes even though it stated that the process would take 1h 40 mins. The clothes were not completely dry even after we collected our clothes. We had to manually use the hair dryer to dry our clothes. Thankfully, the hair dryer was extremely powerful and we mananged to dry all our clothes.”

„For us, the check-in experience was absolutely fantastic!!! The owners are incredibly warm, genuine, and they took such great care of us. As soon as we arrived, they started helping us with our luggage. The room was super comfortable, and the shower gel and shampoo provided were also good – unlike other B&Bs where my head felt uncomfortable after using their products, this one was fine. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The breakfast was good too, and the bed was incredibly, truly incredibly comfortable. If I come to Lijiang again, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly, highly recommend!”

„This 佐山酒店 is truly amazing! It’s just a 5-minute walk to BaiSha OldTown and conveniently located near YuLong Mountain. We specifically chose this place for the stunning mountain view, and it did not disappoint! The price is very affordable, offering great value for money. What touched us the most was the ladyboss, she woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for us since we were heading to YuLong Mountain, and she even helped carry some of our luggage upstairs. Such thoughtful and warm service! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lijiang!”
