„Very nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk.”

„Very nice location which is walking distance to Disneysea and Disneyland, especially Disneyland, super convenient. Room space just nice for us, 2 adults and 2 young kids with 3 luggages and 2 foldable strollers. Bathroom is spacious. Hotel staff are nice, they are friendly and you can ask for help if doesn’t know how to self check in. They help to keep our luggage at the lobby since we checkout in the morning and head to Disneyland, collect at night when our private transport pick up to Tokyo Town. Location it’s just right at the Maihama JR Station, next to it. By train could be quite easy to find, if by car you might not find their lobby, can just stop at the station and take the elevator (if with luggage) or walk the stairs to the hotel entrance.”

„The hotel is close to the Disney resort. And it is not expensive like Disney hotels. But that means you won't have the happy hour when you can enter the park 1 hour before it opens for everyone. If you forgot to buy something at the resort, the hotel has a Disney shop. There are shuttle busses that you can use to get to the train stations for free. After the resort closes, you can return to the hotel from the Maihama station. This is convenient, but you may need to wait the bus. Also there is a bus that goes straight to the airport. The room is pleasant and comfortable, the colors are warm and relaxing. There is everything you may need. The internet has a high upload speed, so the pictures and videos will upload really fast! The staff is friendly and ready to help. There are many services you can use. And there are 2 restaurants that are open late (until 22:30 or so). If you come to the hotel in the evening and you need something, you don't need to go anywhere else. There are a 24-open convenience store, ATM and even the currency exchange machine! The laundry is OK, but most unoccupied machines were available after 11 PM. If you have spare time and energy in the evening, you can visit various stores or just walk around. The hotel is spacious so you will walk a lot. It takes at least 48 seconds to reach the center of the corridor from a lift, and that is when you don't have luggage at all! I don't regret that I chose this hotel. It was comfortable to stay there.”

„10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably. Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely. The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.”

„It was a bit pricey for a normal disney hotel. Was quite far from Disneyland and Sea but they got free shuttle. You cant enter the breakfast area wearing slippers. „This was our very first family trip, and Hilton Tokyo Bay was the hotel where we stayed the longest during our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel warm, relaxed, and truly at home. Traveling with a child who is 100% energetic 24/7 isn’t easy, but choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes away from Disneyland, which is such a blessing after a full day of walking and playing. Coming back to an exceptionally clean room felt like heaven. The housekeeping team truly touched our hearts. They thoughtfully prepared a towel cake and a card for my son, which made him incredibly happy after our long but fun day at Disneyland. Moments like these made our stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the receptionist who assisted us went the extra mile by personally looking for my son to give him his birthday card. That gesture meant so much to us. Despite traveling with plenty of luggage (1 XL, 2 L, and 2 R-sized bags), the room was still very spacious and gave my son plenty of space to play. The room was cleaned daily, the bathroom and bathtub were huge, and the view from our room was simply perfect. On our first night, we even managed to watch the Disneyland/DisneySea fireworks right from our room. Another thing we loved was having two Lawson convenience stores located just below the hotel—perfect for our midnight konbini runs after showering from an activity-filled day. There was also a table and chairs by the large window, which made it the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks while taking in the view. This stay made our first family trip truly unforgettable. 💖”

Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

Excellent séjour, parfait pour DisneySea Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec DisneySea, et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les parcs. L’hôtel est récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. Les navettes pour la gare, Disneyland et DisneySea sont très pratiques et facilitent vraiment le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse pour le Japon, confortable, parfaitement propre et comme neuve. Le convenience store au rez-de-chaussée est aussi un vrai plus. Le personnel à la réception était très agréable, avec notamment une employée parlant très bien anglais qui nous a beaucoup aidés. Très bon rapport qualité-prix au final. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour à Tokyo Disney.

Very spacious room with 3 single beds, a balcony and a large toilet. Kids enjoy the hot spring baths. Frequent shuttle service in the peak hours. But when returning to the hotel from Disneyland and DisneySea, the shuttles were really packed. In summary, we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, and recommended to the budget travelers, it’s worth for the money.

The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney. 5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station. Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time. 2) Hard bed 3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am 4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night 5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte. Next time I will want to try the newly renovated Hilton just next door.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

Położony tuż przy stacji Bayside. Jednak autobus wahadłowy jest nadal dostępny. Nie czułem, że jest potrzebny, dopóki nie odwiedziliśmy Disneya, autobus wahadłowy był niesamowity po dniu spędzonym w Disneyu, w którym zrobiliśmy ponad 20 tys. kroków. Pierwszego wieczoru jadłem kolację w formie bufetu, nie ma czym się zachwycać, ale wszystko było pyszne. Wybór był w porządku, najedliśmy się do syta. Zdecydowanie nie jest to najtańszy posiłek. Jeśli szukasz tańszego posiłku, zawsze możesz skorzystać z hotelowego stoiska z przekąskami. Pokoje były bardzo duże, dzieci były zadowolone z ich wielkości. W Japonii mile widziane były 4 łóżka, po jednym dla każdego z nas. Łóżka były przyjemne i bardziej miękkie, mniejsze dla dzieci były twardsze, co było lepsze dla dorosłych. Ciśnienie wody w łazience również było niesamowite.

It's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

Small bed, fairly small room. Has a small bath. About 20 minute walk to the metro station. The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
