We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

The hotel is located in a quiet and tidy environment, the hotel front desk service is standardized, the floor and room hygiene are maintained very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel has its own parking space, convenient parking, especially the hotel's several security guards are very polite, take the initiative to help guests, the service concept is good, recommended to stay。

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far! I arrived at the hotel around 5 AM, and fortunately (thank you for the receptionist who attended me), they had a room available for early check-in (for half the price). The view was absolutely amazing, and the room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, hair dryer, disposable slippers, bathrobe, towels, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The breakfast? I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included! It’s a buffet with an extensive selection—mains, soups, and desserts change daily. They also have pies, cheeses, breads, cereals, and so much more. I didn’t even recognize some of the dishes and didn’t get to try everything, but everything I did taste was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent, with bus stations and the subway just a short walk away. I was able to walk to several tourist spots like Panfilov Park, Green Bazaar, and many more. One of the best features of the hotel is the keycard system — you can only access your assigned floor and the first floor, where the reception is located (from there, you can easily walk to the breakfast and spa areas)

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu był niezwykle przyjemny, a kilka kluczowych aspektów zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie. Jednym z najbardziej zapadających w pamięć elementów był spektakularny widok na góry z okna pokoju. Obsługa w hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Personel był uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze chętny do odpowiedzi na pytania czy rozwiązania problemów. Zarówno pokój, jak i przestrzenie wspólne, były bez zarzutu, lśniące i zadbane, co świadczy o dbałości o detale i wysokie standardy higieny. Jedynym, choć zauważalnym, minusem były drzwi do łazienki. Brak tradycyjnych, normalnie zamykanych drzwi może być dla niektórych kłopotliwy. Pomimo niewielkiej niedogodności związanej z drzwiami do łazienki, hotel zdecydowanie zasługuje na pozytywną ocenę. Niesamowity widok, profesjonalna obsługa i nienaganna czystość sprawiły, że pobyt był bardzo udany. Polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu z pięknymi widokami.

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

Все вкусно, красиво, стильно! Персонал очень доброжелательный! Новый отель оправдал все ожидания. Фото на сайте соответствуют действительности 🥰 10 минут пешком до Зеленого базара, там много вкусностей. И минут 15 до местного Арбата. Такси в Алматы дешевое не составит труда перемещаться по городу! Выбором отеля мы очень довольны! Будем рекомендовать

I got one of those rooms with Mountain View in February 2026 during winter. I liked the hotel. It was quiet and even when I went alone, the room was big enough for two people. The Balcony door was closed not sure why, but the window can be opened. The amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water, cups, spoons, towels, flip-flops, security box, TV, heater, bathrobe. The breakfast was pretty decent, the rice sometimes was a bit hard. The hotel has a very good location and in front there is a University with a starbucks. Also near there are coffee shops and pubs, burger king and etc. At the top of the hotel there is a restaurant where you can see the whole city. I thinn I would stay here again.

Прекрасное расположение возле метро алмалы, автобусная остановка рядом. Золотой квадрат, арбат, гоголя парки все в пешей доступности. Также учтите, что через дорогу находятся ночные бары в ряд. Есть столовая - стандартные завтраки от гостиницы каша, яйцо, сосиска, лепешка, но можно отдельно докупить себе что-то существенное. Есть кабинет массажа, но не посещал.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport.

The hotel is new and clean. Although it is located in a residential area, getting to the city centre is actually quite quick. That said, Yandex Go or your own car is probably the most convenient way to get around. I also really appreciated the front office service. I arrived very late, at around 2:30am, and the staff waited up for me. They also offered to assist with my luggage both on arrival and again when I departed, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was comfortable, and I also appreciated having a handheld bidet spray next to the toilet. The bathroom layout was a little awkward — when opening the bathroom door, it would catch the bath mat and push it across the floor every time. I was surprised that there was no chair at all in the room, which is rather inconvenient even just for putting on shoes, sitting briefly, or using the desk. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately no housekeeping was provided during my stay. I understand that unexpected staffing issues can happen, but I would have appreciated some proactive communication. At minimum, a quick note explaining the situation, fresh towels and bottled water could have been delivered to the room without having to ask, even if full housekeeping was not possible. Only when I contacted reception was the situation explained. Breakfast on my departure morning was also rather disappointing, possibly because there was a large group (relative to he size of the hotel) staying at the hotel. Food was slow to be replenished and there were no seats available. As I was in a hurry, I ended up taking just a muffin. There also seemed to be no hot water in the room that morning, although this had not been an issue previously, so it may have been related to unusually high demand at that time. Overall, the hotel has good potential: it is new, clean, reasonably convenient for reaching the city centre, and the front office staff were helpful and welcoming.
