„The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The location was very good, mount Austin generallya very good place with a lot of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The lemongrass scent that perfumes the hotel created very relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Only issue we had with the hotel was that the toilet was on the smaller side, there were no place to easily hang your clothes when trying to take a bath and there was no basin table. Anyway, will still come back again 🥳”

„We decided to stay near Mount Austin because we enjoy the nightlife there, and in the morning we could easily have wanton mee for breakfast. However, it was very difficult to find a decent hotel in the area. The hotel is located between Mount Austin and IKEA. Although both places are accessible by cab, it is not walkable, which makes the location quite inconvenient. We booked two single rooms for $60, with a RM100 deposit for both rooms. The rooms were extremely small—we couldn’t even open our cabin-sized luggage properly. The bed was very uncomfortable; we could clearly feel the springs. To make things worse, the walls were very thin, and we could hear voices and people walking outside clearly. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.”

„It was a great stay. This is our 2nd time here. We keep coming back because the rooms are nice and the staff are friendly. The location is also good. The breakfast have simple menu but it’s ok. Although you need to walk through the pool area without shelter, it was nice that we have a good weather during our sta. Otherwise it will be inconvenient to go to the breakfast area when raining.”

„This hotel provides complimentary parking in the basement which is a huge carpark catered for the convention crowd. Our room is huge for three pax. The open air carpark beside the hotel is an approved fireworks/fire crackers letting off ground during Chinese New Year 2026. Hence there is frequent bomb bomb sound at night during our stay. Food is easy to find in the hotel vicinity. Hotel breakfast buffet is very basic. No service staff will make you scrambled or sunny side eggs.”

„Pretty new hotel. Room was big. We were attending a wedding dinner which was held at level 3 and thus it was really convenient!”

„The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! Attached are some pictures of my single room with a king-size bed with windows! God bless and have a blessed stay!”

„Pros Price: I feel this is a good buy, considering this being a 3 bedroom apartment. Location: Superb - right above Paradigm Mall. This is my most important factor as I have children on my trips. Check in/out: Very convenient - it's a self check in/out using a locker system and it's super smooth. Security: One of the tightest securities I've been at in Msia - entry to lobby door, entry to shopping mall door, and even the swimming pool level needs to tap key card. Amenities: Nice clean swimming pool. There's also a steam room, badminton court, games room, playground, function room in the apartment. View: Pretty view of houses - and we witnessed a lot of fireworks 😍 Cons Hiccups during check in: (These hiccups below are purely based on MY experience here. You may not experience the same as I did) We were issued the wrong key so we had to go back down to check out and check in to the right apartment. Aft checking in, we found our master bedroom's aircon and toilet lights, as well as TV couldn't be switched on. Had to wait for maintenance guys to check and fix them. Wasted about 2 hours of our time in total. Compensation: Felt like management should have offered a change of room for our convenience. But they didnt - so I requested for it because the maintenance was taking too long. We were also not offered any form of compensation - which I feel, again, should have been from mgt side - so I initiated a request for our late check out waiver. Customer service kindly agreed to both requests. House rules & housekeeping: Too many house rules. And housekeeping is not ideal - change of towels and bedsheets are per every 3 days. We have to dispose of our own rubbish during the stay (in the common rubbish room), and we also have to pack and tie all our rubbish bags from the bins before checking out (which i feel is unnecessary cos housekeeping is alr gonna come to clean...?) But I'm sure my cons are just my opinion. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

„Menginap di sini dari 24 – 29 Mac. Pengalaman sangat memuaskan! Host sangat friendly dan mudah berurusan. Bilik bersih dan selesa. Aircond berfungsi dengan baik, memang sejuk 👍. Internet pun laju dan stabil—sesuai untuk kerja atau streaming. Lokasi pun strategik, senang nak bergerak ke mana-mana. Highly recommended untuk yang cari tempat stay yang selesa dengan servis terbaik”

„The unit itself is nice but the management do not give customers a good vibe. Everything was wrong from start of checked in. Before checking in I already informed management that I am riding a motorbike. The instructions given to me was to park at level 5. Upon reaching the mall to collect keys. The guards do not allow me to go level 5, no bike is allowed. Told me to go park in the basement but did not tell me that I need to collect a bike card to scan in at the basement carpark for bike. After quite sometime asking around, one of the guard told me to get a bike card from the reception. Next when reached the unit. There is a metal gate. But I was given a key card for the lift and a sensor for the main door. No key for the gate. When texted the management. It’s replied by AI. So I need to take a lift to UG level and see the reception again. I was told there is a manual latch behind the gate. All these troubles could be solved if proper instructions were given to me. I came down from Ipoh, a long ride down and still need to go around finding out how to get into the unit. Upon entering the unit, looks beautiful at first. Then when want to have a shower, there is not a single hook or rack for bath towel. So I have to text again. I was told to hang towel on the curtain rod. But there was no curtain rod. The only rod I saw was a metal rod sticking inside a plastic pail. So texted again and show photo. The reply was hang my towel on the door lock. First time I heard of this. So I went to take my towel. It was a dirty towel with black stained. Send photo to reception. Nothing was done, not even an exchange of towel. Is just silence…. After shower wanted to get some water to drink. It was a water dispenser that is not dispensing. So went down to the supermarket to buy a bottle of mineral water. The only plus point of this place is joined to a mall. That’s about it. I have never rated any hotel or apartment so low before. This is my first and I hope it will be my last.”

„The location is not bad, but there are several issues with the hotel. The walkway has an unpleasant smell, and some rooms don’t even have a chair. There are also very few charging plugs available. When there were problems with the room, it was difficult to request a room change. The hotel should keep a few standby rooms available so that guests with issues can be moved easily.”
