It is basically the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Japan. The room is dirty. The carpet is so dirty that I don't want to walk. The wall is peeling off. There is a big hole in the wall. The windows are very dirty and the curtains have spider webs. The room smells like cigarette smoke. The staff is the worst. There is no customer service. There are also discriminatory rules against foreigners. I won't answer even if I call after 20:00. The exterior of the hotel looks good, but the inside is a terrible place. I can't believe they are allowed to do business in Japan. Also, the price is higher than the nearby hotels. The damaged room was about 9400 yen per night. It's a rip-off. Call the Health and Safety Division of this hotel. There is mold growing around the toilet and toilet. You can see it when you walk in.
