I recently had the pleasure of staying at Liostasi Hotel in Ios, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Overall, my stay at Liostasi Hotel was a perfect 5 out of 5! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my visit. The combination of the stunning poolside view, excellent service, and the warm hospitality from the staff made this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Liostasi Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Ios. Additionally, the thing that made my experience even more memorable was the outstanding service. I want to give a special shoutout to Irene, an exceptional waitress who was truly excellent at her job. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and prompt service made every moment by the pool a delight. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and her presence added a personal touch to my stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Liostasi Hotel in early June on our first visit to Ios. We found it excellent. The view from the room was phenomenal. This was a primary reason we chose the hotel, and it lived up to expectations. The standard of everything was very high. Classic style aesthetically but modern and very well-kept. Staff were very good. Always seemed to be a lot of staff around, so no delays for anything. The included breakfast was extremely good. Wide range of. Items on buffet with hot cooked to order items as well. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk up to the Chora, or about the same down to the port area. Ideal location to have both within a reasonable walk. Overall, a very good experience.

We went here on our multi Island trip to Greece. Started in Athens, then Corfu, Mykonos, Naxos and Paros. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Greece by a long shot. Fantastic in every respect. The service is second to none at every step of the way. They provide free shuttle service from the ferry port to their hotel and back again when you leave. It is only about a 5-7 minute car ride which doesn't seem like much but it is uphill and with your bags in the sun would be hard. You can take a shortcut walk straight up but again, with luggage would have been challenging. The shuttle is the way to go. The hotel is decently located. The view from the resort is simply amazing!! The entire resort is very thoughtfully designed and decorated impeccably. The spa is incredible as well. My wife enjoyed a few items there. Not cheap but good value for what you get. The breakfast menu is a huge smorgasbord and also includes some menu items. The resort is about a 5-10 mins walk down to the ferry port using some stairs. It is doable walking but might need to take your time here and there to get your breath back. We found it ok for sure. Going up further to the top above the resort area gets you to more of Ios that we are told is quite exciting, entertaining and a party atmosphere. We found it the complete opposite actually. Not that it was bad, it wasn't, but it is not at all like you read about. Now that could be because of the time of year. Maybe things aren't quite ramped up yet. It didn't really even look like it was possible to open it up further if they wanted to though so not sure there. Definitely keep this in mind if you are going there for that party life. There really wasn't alot of shopping either. Not down at the port area. Not up top. Again, doesn't look like stores were closed. Just not as much as other Islands. That said, if you are looking for a great value place to go stay and hang out at the resort and chillax, you cannot go wrong here. It is incredible value for the money. I have travelled to some very nice areas and stayed in some high end resorts but this is by far the best value high quality resort for the money I think you will find. ***IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND INDICATE SO***

From the moment we stepped off the ferry we were treated with incredible kindness and hospitality. Eleni was amazing and helped us get all of our excursions booked and made sure every experience we had was memorable. We will definitely be back!

It was truly an amazing experience of luxury. The hotel is close to the port and the island's main city but in a very peaceful area. The property looks like a small village with narrow paths and stairs. The view from the poll is great - you see the harbour and even on sweltering days feel a refreshing wind coming from the sea. The whole staff is accommodating and does their best to meet your expectations. They are truly focused on you, from the front desk through the restaurant to housekeeping. Although the hotel has a great own restaurant called Grandma’s with modern Greek cuisine, you will receive recommendations from Guest Realations Manager about the best local taverns. Also, she will organise a superb excursion on a fish boat which takes you to the breathtaking, hidden beaches. If you want to choose Ios as your vacation destination, don’t hesitate to stay at Liostasi. It is probably the best option on this island.

Outstanding service, location and development. Feels like an art gallery from the moment you enter the hotel’s grand walkway, with an art installation along the walk. George and his team- Panos and Eleni at the front desk, Eve, Christine, and the gentleman in the restaurant (so sorry I didn’t get his name), went the extra mile every moment of our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful property & view. We loved our room and peacefulness of the area. While things were quiet this time of year, we appreciated it as well as the extremely friendly staff!

This is an absolutely lovely hotel, with great views over they bay and only a 10 minute walk from the old town. Everything is immaculate in the rooms and it has been decorated very stylishly. There are two pool areas which are both excellent and you can sit and watch the sunset from here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you stay here, it is a relatively short walk up to the 4 churches at the top of the old town where the views are amazing. Also the amphitheatre is not far from the old town and that is definitely worth walking to for the views.

One of the best resorts my wife and I have stayed at. We were celebrating our honeymoon and this hotel was perfection. Hotel staff is professional, friendly and welcoming, rooms are very clean & modern, amenities and food selections are excellent. We will be back again very soon.
