"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and I can’t thank the team enough for everything they did. I was organising a surprise for my mum’s 60th birthday and wanted everything to be perfect. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and always polite and professional. I had lots of requests and arrangements to make before we arrived, but the team handled everything flawlessly and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of exactly as planned, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the celebration with my family. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, fantastic facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere, but what really made our experience memorable was the outstanding service from the team. Thank you all for helping make my mum’s 60th birthday so special. I would highly recommend Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and would love to return in the future."

"There was a serious ant problem in the room where I stayed. I also spotted bugs in the bathroom twice. Besides that, the room was very dark. It had a bunk bed setup, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Finally, I had no interaction with the staff other than at check-in and check-out."

I mainly spoke with Sofia , who frankly helped us to prepare our Ios “to do list” and could say it was quite successful. Last but not least, the rooms were very clean and fully equipped. "Just returned from 6 nights here and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! So calm and relaxed, the pool area is lovely, the rooms are super clean - cleaned every day too by lovely maids. Beds at are comfy and room view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious & we had room service once which was great, and ate in the restaurant once - both delicious! All staff were welcoming and went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend!"

"The moment you arrive you are greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The room was a delight and we felt so comfortable that we hardly ventured out as the room service was excellent. The outside sunbathing area was perfect and the pool was kept very clean every day. The manager is extremely pleasant and generally around to assist with any questions. We definitely would recommend and hope to return in the near future."
