"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and I can’t thank the team enough for everything they did. I was organising a surprise for my mum’s 60th birthday and wanted everything to be perfect. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and always polite and professional. I had lots of requests and arrangements to make before we arrived, but the team handled everything flawlessly and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of exactly as planned, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the celebration with my family. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, fantastic facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere, but what really made our experience memorable was the outstanding service from the team. Thank you all for helping make my mum’s 60th birthday so special. I would highly recommend Ios Palace Hotel & Spa and would love to return in the future."

"Most dreamiest hotel! Owned by a gorgeous family who were so accommodating and helpful to our stay! Had the best time here with my family. Rooms were simple yet comfortable and pool is amazing! So close to the port so no need to go far, and right outside is the bus stop to get a €2 bus trip into main town or other beaches!"

"Bouncers and venue staff are awful and have no respect for those attending the club. My friend was spiked and it took staff over an hour to call for an ambulance even though they could clearly see her limp on the floor unable to move. The bouncers laughed at her while she lay on the floor vomiting (doing so while her friends kept her head up as she had no control over her body). This situation could have been resolved and my friend could have been looked after super fast if the staff had acted and helped as soon as they were made aware of the situation, Instead they stood there and laughed the entire time. Absolutely disgusting."

"We had a pleasant 2 night stay here. It’s a great location with a very short walk from the ferry /port. The hotel staff are very welcoming and really helped us with identifying a boat trip to do - they essentially did the work on availability and made a recommendation which proved great Breakfast was nice with good variety. Their fresh orange juice very nice. We had a room with hot tub which provided good space and some relaxation for us. The air con was very good too and operated without the need for the key to be in the room. Mini bar was reasonably priced too!"

"Jutro opuszczamy hotel i mieliśmy taką wspaniałą zabawę przez ostatnie 5 dni. Mieliśmy pokój z dużym balkonem i widokiem na morze. Widok z hotelu jest niesamowity. Usługa jest druga do nikomu. Śniadanie jest dobre, można również zamówić jedzenie w barze basenowym do 9:00. Jedzenie jest bardzo dobre i przystępne. Mają również szczęśliwe godziny w barze basenowym między 16:00 a 6:00, kiedy koktajle są 50% off. Jest przystanek autobusowy przed hotelem. Milopotas Beach jest odległość pieszo, a Chora jest również bardzo blisko autobusem. Oferują wynajem samochodu, można odebrać samochód w hotelu. Będziemy wrócić w bicie serca."

"Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the setting, the service, the breakfast all faultless. My only niggle is that our room was very small for the price we paid. I highly recommend this place and will return but next time I’ll book a larger room and won’t use booking. Com who charged me over the odds."

"Zostałem na 5 nocy Ładny ludzie piękny basen Pokoje nie działają jako ograniczona przestrzeń snd nie dobrze wykorzystane . Lodówka bez okulary miałem dwa problemy okno w drzwiach łazienki, gdy wszedłeś swung i uderzył cię w twarz był bardzo niebezpieczny Gospodarze są regularnie niedostępne, ale posortował je, gdy zapytałem również, że sortował suszarkę powieszony na ściana, która spadła !! Z pewnością drzwi nigdy nie powinny być takie, czyściciel powinien zauważyć, jak to było tak niebezpieczne !! Klucz ważył tonę ogromny łuk metalu, ale nie można go zostawić, ponieważ mogą być zamknięte, przeniósł się do innego miejsca z niesamowitym hostem wielki basen, większy pokój, świetna lokalizacja na połowę ceny zapłaciłem w Galaxy, więc było to było przecenione stosunkowo błąd w oryginalnym wyborze"
