We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. They did an excellent job handling transport from Naples airport for a very fair price. The view is absolutely amazing with the castle and sea. The room was a great size with plenty of storage space to unpack. We had a sea front room with an amazing balcony for more space and to dry clothes. The patios and porches are so cute and breakfast on the patio with a sea view was so enjoyable every morning. The staff is wonderful form breakfast to evening drinks. The beach/dock is wonderful as well. It is located on a quiet road but two different busses come right the the hotel entrance so we were able to get around easily. There is also a great path in to town off the main road to the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here!

We chose this hotel for the views, thermal pool and the beachside access. The area was quiet and only 10 minute bus ride from the Ischia port or a 35 minute walk if you’re up for it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really nice- especially with the castle views. The room decor was ‘old world charm’ but was very clean. We especially enjoyed lounging in the chaises by the beach and relaxing and walking into town for our dinners. We stayed in October and benefited from less crowds than the summer.

Was a disaster. You have to climb to your room and close the door of your room because is full of cats! And a big bug in bed! The breakfast consisted in some pieces of ham ,kind of green for how old they were. And the lady owner obliged us to buy her wine which what I did and the wine was OK. But not oblige people. Overall ,I will never go to ischia because was such a bad experience

The room view was absolutely amazing and the hotel is very well located. It could use an upgrade but overall it was good.
Although, the room's air conditioning didn't work and the room was infested with mosquitoes - I have never seen so many mosquitoes in a place. I had one of the worst nights trying to fight them off.

If I could, I would give 3.5. Stars, as our stay was good, the location is amazing, the views, the garden and access to beach excellent, but the overall atmosphere is rather strange. Staff are friendly and helpful, however we got the feeling that it is an old family business lacking a certain spark. The lonely waiter in restaurant is very charming and helpful, however he couldn't disguise the fact that the chef for the evening meal was not up to scratch, and therefore I wouldn't recommend this hotel for evening dinners. I guess that my friend's Pizza was okay, but I thought that my supermarket tortellini with a luke warm (not necessarily home made) sauce were overpriced. Breakfast was fine. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault that the weather was very disappointing for May in Italy, so I'd say for the price we paid, it was fine. And I'd say it again: The view is amazing!!!

The Worst experience , I have ever had in a hotel. The positive think is the Amazing view And the possibility to have a director access to the sea. Unfortunately, the rooms have furniture of 20 years ago. You receive Just one key for a double or triple room because the owner wants save money from air conditioner. The service is really poor and rude. During The breakfast they count how much water you drink and they complain about everything. Please stay far from this hotel if you want relax and joyness.

Passate qualche ora in relax con vista baia di cartaromana con scogli di sant Anna con il castello aragonese con scesa a mare esclusivo passaggio . Le piscine aperte adesso , erano tre termali con acqua calda sui 30/32 gradi anche se per il periodo una vasca era all ombra a metà mattina e non era così tanto calda

Personale molto gentile e disponibile La posizione è favolosa.Anche la colazione e la cena buone e abbondanti.Peccato non aver potuto vedere i fuochi di Sant'Anna per avverse condizioni del Mare...Sarà un buon motivo per tornare.
