Hotel Villa Durrueli Resort & Spa

"I absolutely love this hotel. The staff were amazing, they can help you build an itinerary for the day. They have great suggestions on things to do on the island. They arranged for our rental car. The room was big with a lot of space. We had a terrace to sit out on. The breakfast was made to order. I had a fresh omelet with bacon and cheese, croissant and bowl of fresh fruit. There is a lot to choose from on the menu. The pool area was clean and they have shaded areas. There is a bar at the pool where you can order drinks or snacks. We also ate at the restaurant on the roof which provides you with a great view of the castle. The dinner at the restaurant was good. I would definitely recommend, if you like fine dinning. The restaurant is definitely on it's way to earning a Michelin star rating. Also, make sure to schedule some time in the spa, that was a very nice amenity to the hotel. The hotel is close to shopping, you can walk. This will definitely be a place I would stay on my next trip to Ischia."

"Po raz pierwszy w Ischii, mając z nami psa, szukaliśmy zakwaterowania, które miało ogród na zewnątrz. Apartament jest idealny, czysty i kompletny, tak jak opisano i pokazano na zdjęciach. Strategiczna lokalizacja, aby obrócić wyspę. Ale przede wszystkim, wielki dostępność i przyjaźń. Zrobili w jakikolwiek sposób, aby nam spędzić piękny wakacje i nam się udało. Doradztwo, rozwiązania i niektóre “koktajl” śniadanie satysfakcjonujące nasze gustu. Nigdy nie czuliśmy się tak w domu daleko od naszego domu. I "quasi" emocje po 10 dniach, mówi nam, jak one nas czuły. Mamy nadzieję, że wkrótce wrócimy, dzięki wszystkim z Erika, Luciano i Nadine."

"A strategic hotel in its position a few steps from the port and the walking streets of Ischia. Cozy and clean hotel, very friendly staff, I recommend. Some rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the port, very pleasant when waking up. The only flaw is the breakfast which should be looked after a little more. I'll be back"

"The hotel is located in a very central location. The B&B is located in a very good location. You can reach everything walking away. Clean and spacious room for a couple. Breakfast in the very good room and always timely. We asked the girl for information and she was very helpful to help us. We are really very happy."

"Ten hotel dał mi bardzo duży niespodziankę. Najpierw jest bardzo dobry położenie, niedaleko od zamku Aragonia i doku Iskii, i jest to dość pieszo. Hotel dał mi darmowy upgrade pokoi, balkon pokoi patrzy prosto na zamku Aragonia i niepokonany widok na morze. Hotel ma dwa piętra dachów publicznych, widok otwarty, czuć, że zamk Aragon jest blisko kroku. Hotel jest również bardzo dobry, zawiera bogate śniadanie. To jest bardzo cenny hotel, mocno polecany!"

"They say it’s a home from home and couldn’t be more right! Our second visit as best friends and we were welcomed like old friends or VIPs!! A week of reuniting with the most gorgeous people - cannot speak more highly of them all; all the Salvatores, Mike the super cool and funny pool man, the gorgeous Alessandro, Carolina and her fantastic smile, MariaAngela, Sara, fabulous Antonetta on reception, Patrizia, Toni, to name but a few! Oh and Ugo on piano! Once again we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, so much choice… the lunches under the canopy at the pool, the comfortable - thankfully air conditioned cool rooms, and the incredible pool. I dream of the pool all year. The sea was beautifully warm and it never felt crowded despite it being later in the year. We are already planning to come back for a third time so see you soon! Pagoda Lifestyle Hotel

"Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked this for 1 night and had to change our itinerary. Shortly after booking, I emailed and received no response. I then called and spoke with a woman who said she would give the message to the reservation manager. I have since emailed six times and called 2 additional times. I finally reached out to American Express travel who I booked with and they reached out on my behalf. This ridiculous hotel would not make an exception. Unreal! I have always been able to work directly with hotel if something were to come up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Or lack there of. Couldn’t be bothered to even respond to me. Shame on me for booking a nonrefundable. Now I’m out over $600. If you’re looking for great customer service look elsewhere. Speaks volumes on how one would be treated upon arrival."
