Parco Aurora Terme
"Our room had a balcony and looked out over the 2 pools, and had a sea view. The room was less equipped than we are used to. The mini bar was either locked or jammed shut. The air conditioning was similar to an asthmatic mouse blowing through a straw, there was no kettle or drinks making facilities, and dated 70s decor . The shower worked well. The room was large and clean. The few plugs were type C two pin. The waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent, English is not one of the most used languages in the hotel,so get used to the words you will need. Mostly German and Italian. It says it’s a no smoking hotel with no pets, we saw both pets and smokers. Would I go again, (I may not be welcome after this review) would I recommend, maybe."

"Very nice hotel. Perfectly located in the center of activity. Restaurants, stores and beaches nearby. Easy stroll to port and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Room was large with nice terrace and very comfortable bed. Great shower with hot water and good water pressure. Would happily stay again."

"We stayed a week in June this year after the experience in July 2020. We were also satisfied with the change of management. Welcoming staff available for any request. Very good breakfast with sweet and savory foods. The rooms are spartan but with everything you need, comfortable mattresses and beds. A negative note is the shower a little small and the annoying mosquitoes. In addition, since our room was on the street side, we could sometimes hear the people below us, in the garden, even late at night (between one and two). We could still go back"

"Annabelle and her entire family were warm, lovely, and super helpful! They helped make our trip wonderful! Felt like we were staying with friends. The hotel is well located. Easy to walk to and from the port, downtown and the castle. Close to the bus stop where we could catch a bus anywhere. The hotel was clean, and our room was spacious. We loved having a balcony to sit out and enjoy the night air. Grazie, to Annabelle and her entire family!"

"View is great. Room is OK but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Rust on radiator and stain on settee. Breakfast was OK but had better on our trip. Location is OK but you need transport to get to and from the town as roads are not walkable unless you have a death wish. Lots of hype about this place but we just found it to be average. "

Obszar basenu na zewnątrz był czysty i nie przetłoczony, basen spa w środku był kompaktowy i najbardziej relaksujący, z doskonałą gamą dostępnych usług spa i które używaliśmy. Pokój był kompaktowy, czysty i wykonał pracę, ładny rozmiar balkon na zewnątrz nad widokiem na obszar basenu, który zapłaciliśmy / żądane. Pokój był w pełni obsługiwany na codziennie (Grazie!)."

"Me and my friend went to Ischia for the film festival. I chose this place firstly for the location because of its close proximity to the castle. Then because breakfast was included, which was a very good selection, which offered excellent value for money, if just for the coffee alone. The traditional set up and being family run really appealed to me and everyone was so so helpful and friendly.....from the girls at breakfast to the night staff and everyone in between. Francesco was super friendly and fun and Rafael went above and beyond for us to get to another part of the island and mama for translating messages! . I had a single room, which was just perfect for me. No aircon wasn't a problem as you can leave the window open and with the the ceiling fan made the room really airy. It's much nicer than artificial air con. I loved how you could hire a beach towel for as little as 4€ for someone travelling very light. Having the fridge in the room was great to keep drinks cold. The shower was very nice with wonderful pressure. I would 100% choose this hotel again. I booked direct with the hotel and communication was super and everything was so easy. Thanks again to all the staff/owners for the hospitality and making us feel so so welcome. Hope to return soon!"

Zatem serdecznie dziękujemy uroczej Serenie, zawsze dostępnej, aby dać sugestie dotyczące naszych wycieczek, Gianpaolo, który dba o stoły, który zawsze udzielał nam dobrych rad przy wyborze menu, szefowi pizzy, kucharzowi i sprzątaczce. "This is our second time at Pagoda and we couldn’t be more pleased. This resort is wonderful. Great rooms, amazing amenities, wonderful food and very kind staff. We particularly loved Tarik. He greeted us every morning for breakfast and took great care of us for lunch and drinks by the ocean each day. He was so, so kind and honestly went above and beyond to make our stay so special.
