"Ischia is gorgeous and I wanted this hotel to be a 5 star hotel but it lacks a few things . Positive is staff are 5 stars worthy. I received a warm welcome by Gianfranco and Roberta and was given a spectacular room which I appreciated the view .Thanks Gianfranco Roberta two of them were really great and friendly Breakfast although was ok eggs would run out fast .servive wise Carmen and Angelica did their best to please . Room was nice looking but then discovered its flaws - super hard bed they really need to invest in this . I asked housekeeping to assist with a “topper” but again an investment is needed. Last two days A/c wouldn’t lower which led to mosquitoes being active . My son had sooo many bites I was glad to leave , never happy to leave Ischia or Italy overall but it was overwhelming the mosquitoes . So that brings another point in investing to fumigate the place . Housekeeping Nidia and Mimma were great to spray but it isn’t enough. Also no place to dry clothes when using beach or pool . Pool was ok. Beach plus is access to private beach that part is lovely. Pretty classic Italian decorated property but needs improvement for the price that is offered because the most important part of a hotel is a good bed to obtain a good nights sleep ."

"Wspaniała lokalizacja, z najbardziej przyjaznym i uważnym pracownikiem na recepcji, na zewnątrz basenu i w porannej strefie śniadania. Obszar basenu na zewnątrz był czysty i nie przetłoczony, basen spa w środku był kompaktowy i najbardziej relaksujący, z doskonałą gamą dostępnych usług spa i które używaliśmy. Pokój był kompaktowy, czysty i wykonał pracę, ładny rozmiar balkon na zewnątrz nad widokiem na obszar basenu, który zapłaciliśmy / żądane. Pokój był w pełni obsługiwany na codziennie (Grazie!)."

"Uroczy hotel w i doskonałej lokalizacji. Zostaliśmy w pokoju 356 i miał balkon z widokiem na basen. Pokój był przestronny z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania. Łazienka była mocna i prysznicowe żel mydła i kaptury prysznicowe dostarczane Hotel jest bezpłatnie czyścić nasz pokój był czysty codziennie! Powierzchnia basenu jest również bezpłatna. Kapturki pływające są obowiązkowe w basenie, ale są sprzedawane przez hotel za 2.50 euro. Było świetny wybór na śniadanie gorące i zimne pasty i chleb. Staffy były miłe, że sprawiły, że czuliśmy się mile widziani od chwili, gdy przybyliśmy i pomogły nam nawigować autobusem promowym i lokalnym obszarze nic nie było zbyt wiele kłopotów. Na naszą rocznicę dostarczono do naszego pokoju butelkę komplementarną Prosecco. Z pewnością wrócimy"

"We began our Italian holiday at the MarcAntonio BnB and it set the bar high for the rest of the trip. The place is charming, comfortable, and clean. Our hosts, Catrin and Davide, were accommodating and helpful. They made us a delicious breakfast from the eggs of their own chickens and juice from their own orange and lemon trees, which we ate overlooking that same beautiful garden in the foreground and the picturesque medieval castle in the distance. Catrin helped us arrange sightseeing and transportation. And we were lucky to get a wonderful massage right there at the bnb ."

"Hotel in the center of Ischia Porto located in the central street of Via Roma. We stayed in this hotel one night..as soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice girl perhaps one of the positive notes of this hotel. Old hotel without elevator it seems like the living room of an old man's house, rooms under renovation but fortunately clean linen. To be a hotel in Ischia Porto and in the central part of Via Roma it should improve a lot a lot a lot..there is still a long way to go to be called a HOTEL."

"Zjadłem dobrze... Nie mogę powiedzieć inaczej... nawet jeśli smakowałem bardzo słabo... dla dwojga, 2 proste bruschetty... 1 bucatini z królika... 2 drugie dania z królikiem i smażoną kałamarnicą... 1 deser i 1 biancolella... za 95,00 euro... przekonasz się, czy to drogie, czy nie... Mogę tylko powiedzieć, że personel jest przyjazny... nawet jeśli jedynym bolesnym punktem jest czas oczekiwania.. jak tylko usiadłeś, natychmiast dostałeś wodę i dlatego zasugerowałeś, że byli szybcy w obsłudze. . . ale tak nie było. . . około 20 minut na zamówienie i kolejne 20 na przybycie jedzenia. widok jest piękny...ale jest to bardzo chaotyczne miejsce, pełne rodzin z małymi dziećmi i dużych grup...Nie polecam na romantyczną kolację..."

"Hotel Solemar is situated along the chain of family beach clubs of Ischia Porto's waterside, in a relatively quiet neighborhood 3-5 minutes walk from the promenade of shops and restaurants that thrive every summer evening. We had a single room facing a tranquil garden lane, and a double room with a large balcony overlooking the beach. Both rooms were spacious enough to accomodate luggage. Wifi in the single was slow, but the oceanview double had flawless wifi; both rooms had excellent cable with many channels, mostly in Italian, of course. The breakfast was better than most hotels, and the daytime front desk staff and housekeeping ladies exerted themselves to be helpful. PROS: -Location! 10 minute walk to ferry/boat docks, 20 minute walk to Castel Aragonese -Pool, beach clubs ($), big seaside balconies available ($) -Breakfast buffet; lobby bar; friendly, helpful staff -Excellent individual air conditioners CONS: -Smaller size showers in some rooms (e.g., tight fits for "super-sized" North Americas) -Rust and wear-and-tear appropriate to a moderate priced, beachfront family hotel"

"The port in the hotel is very close, just a few minutes walk, I don't know if there is a service to pick up and drop off the luggage of the guests. The hotel is not very big, the environment is good, it is a good place to rest and relax. Because of the short time, I didn't experience the SPA this time"
